跨文化交际中的“文化休克”现象研究

【摘要】：世界的趋同和文化多元如今己成为不争的事实。进入二十一世纪，在全球化趋势下，国际交流活动日益频繁。因此，世界文化发展的状况将不再是各自独立发展，而是在相互影响下日益形成文化多元共存的局面。在跨文化交际过程中，交际对象在进入一个新的文化领域时，由于文化模式的差异，往往会产生“文化休克”现象，即对异类文化的困惑、排斥与不适应。这种“文化休克”现象即使在无语言障碍的情况下也会或多或少地阻碍跨文化交际的顺利进行。因此，进行跨文化交际中“文化休克”理论的研究，不仅可以帮助来华的外国人和出国的中国人了解自己的行为方式和情感倾向，更好地认识他们所经历的文化冲击和适应困难，以调整自己在异文化环境下的学习和生活，同时也有助于引起人们对这一现象的关注，，有益于我们自身更清醒地了解中西文化的特性和差异，从而更好地适应跨文化交流。
[Abstract]:The convergence and cultural diversity of the world is now an indisputable fact. In the 21 century, under the trend of globalization, international exchanges are becoming more and more frequent. Therefore, the development of the world culture will no longer be independent of each other, but increasingly formed under the influence of the situation of multi-cultural coexistence. In the process of cross-cultural communication, when the object of communication enters a new cultural field, the phenomenon of "cultural shock" often occurs because of the difference of cultural mode, that is, the confusion, exclusion and inadaptability to different cultures. This phenomenon of "cultural shock" will more or less hinder the smooth progress of cross-cultural communication even if there is no language barrier. Therefore, the research on the theory of "cultural shock" in cross-cultural communication can not only help foreigners come to China and Chinese who go abroad to understand their behavior patterns and emotional tendencies. A better understanding of the cultural shocks and adaptation difficulties experienced by them in order to adjust their learning and life in an alien cultural environment, while also contributing to drawing attention to this phenomenon, It is beneficial for us to understand the characteristics and differences of Chinese and Western cultures more soberly, so as to better adapt to cross-cultural communication.
