朱生豪与卞之琳《哈姆雷特》中译本素体诗音乐性之比较研究

自从1623年第一部《莎士比亚全集》问世以来,他的三十七部戏剧即被译成多种语言。约一百五十年以前,“莎士比亚”这一名字传入了中国,他的戏剧也在二十世纪初叶有了中文译本。莎剧的特点之一在于大多用素体诗写就。例如在《哈姆雷特》中,约有60%为素体诗。从这种意义上可以说,如何翻译素体诗为决定译本是否成功的关键。选择《哈姆雷特》作为文本分析的原因在于悲剧在莎剧中最为著名,而《哈姆雷特》作为四大悲剧之一更是被卞之琳称作“莎士比亚的中心作品,最丰富的作品”。(1989:1)根据翻译中文体选择的不同,我国莎剧翻译可分为两个流派,一是以朱生豪为代表的散文体派,一是以卞之琳为代表的诗体派。近八十年来,《哈姆雷特》的各个译本受到广泛关注,但其中素体诗译文的音乐性较少人问津,而对其进行比较研究的更是少之又少。基于上述原因,本文通过比较朱生豪、卞之琳的《哈姆雷特》译本来分析其在素体诗移植中如何实现译文的音乐性传递,并希望能为莎剧的翻译和重译带来一定启发。本文分为五章。第一章简要介绍了诗歌的音乐性特征,包括节奏、韵律和修辞,并回顾了素体诗的发展历程,对莎翁、《哈姆雷特》及其中文译本也作了相应叙述。第二、三、四章...
