误解的潜在性

　　大量事实证明误解是不可避免的。语言学家,社会学家,心理学家等都一直关注着误解的研究,而且这些学者们从不同角度,运用不同方法对误解进行了研究。本文的作者通过本人的亲历记录,或者通过对小说,影视节目录音等方法对言语交际中的误解现象进行了广泛的调查,并在认真回顾了国内外有关误解研究文献的基础上研究了误解的两个诱发因素：语言的模糊性和缺乏主体间性。国内外的学者对于误解的来源或形成机制也进行了一定的研究,但这些根源多而且庞杂,并且没有形成一个有机的整体。语言是交流的工具,如果交际中运用的语言本身就有一种以上的解释,那么不同的听话人就会有不同的理解,听话人所理解的话语意义与说话人所表达的话语意义不同,就可能产生误解。因此语言的模糊性是误解的诱发因素之一,作者具体分析了句式的模糊性、语义的模糊性和语用的模糊性三个基本的方面。在理解的过程中,如果听话人在理解说话人的话语意义时,能够体会到说话人在表达这句话时所运用的语境,情绪,观点等方面,那么听话人就可能完全准确无误的理解说话人的话语意义。但这只是一种理想的状态,因为每个个体都是独一无二的,每个人的思维,认知等也都是独一无二的。因此没有人能都达到与对方...
