联合利华与宝洁公司致股东信架构模式研究

致股东信是公司年报中重要的叙述部分。本文主要参考莱考夫架构理论中表层与深层架构的概念,将其应用于两大快消巨头的致股东信分析。研究结果显示,共时层面上,两者在消极或积极年份里运用的表层架构几乎一致,但每个表层架构的使用频率和次级架构用词有所不同。通过历时分析发现,该现象与公司的文化价值观密切联系。通过查询两个公司官网的相应版块,作者发现两者无论是积极还是消极年份,其表层架构反映的深层架构都与公司分别的价值观相一致。因此,两个公司在不同年份的深层架构虽有所不同,但它们都有良好的驾驭架构的能力,即让深层架构和公司文化价值观相一致的能力。这种能力能向股东传达对公司最有益的信息,打造良好公司形象,树立公司信誉及传播公司文化。同时,这也为类似公司撰写致股东信提供了学习参考,使这类公司在经营困难时能通过对相应架构的使用维持公司的形象,运营良好时也能公正公平地展现自身能力。本文试图强调架构理论在商务语篇研究中的重要性,加深了对架构理论的认识,同时也帮助人们从语言和其他功能角度更好地理解致股东信这种类型的商务语篇。尽管本研究存在很多不足,但或许能为以后将架构理论应用到其他商务语篇方面给予些许启发。
