人际隐喻与语言的对话性

随着语法隐喻理论的演变,人际隐喻理论也随之经历两个阶段的发展:“1985\94模式”和“1999模式”。在“1999模式”中,韩礼德放弃了人际隐喻的提法,而论文中的论证仍然聚焦于“1985\94模式”。 对话性的概念植根于西方思想传统中,经历的五个阶段语言的对话性才逐步被认识到。在现代语言学中,雅克布森、格莱斯和本维尼斯特这三位语言学家对这个话题进行了开创性的研究,各自的重点分别为思想的对话性、话语的对话性和语言的主体间性。他们的研究构成语言对话性的三个维度,根据这三个维度,人际元功能和人际隐喻的概念都可以得到扩展。 语气隐喻中对语言形式和意义的分析能够揭示对话参与者借以交换商品和观念的多种关系和模式。情态隐喻中明显、隐性的主观、客观形式能够组合而形成对观念、态度和意愿的不同表达和反馈。语气隐喻中不同言语功能间的转换揭示了不同对话关系、价值和意识形态等。论文通过将人际隐喻理论与帕尔默对情态的研究、言语行为理论和巴赫金的对话理论对比,展示人际隐喻的基本原理、机制、缺陷、优势和方法。 从语言对话性的三个维度,人际隐喻理论的研究可以扩展并深入,因为语言形式只是起点和手段...
