【摘要】：“一带一路”战略是一项系统复杂的工程,充分把握现实需求,制定与此相关的语言政策,发挥语言教育的最大功能,才能为“一带一路”建设做好多层次、多渠道的语言服务工作,保障“五通”的实现。语言政策的制定受多种条件的影响,“一带一路”沿线国家和地区的社会语言环境、全球化浪潮、新语言观和语言需求作为“一带一路”战略中影响语言政策制定的主要动力,是我国制定语言政策的重要依据。通过对语言政策动力系统全面的分析,才能更好地确立语言政策问题和目标,审慎进行语言规划和政策文本的构建,助力“一带一路”中国际通用语言、区域通用语言、关键语言、小语种语言的储备和专门语言服务人才的培育,从而真正为“一带一路”建设提供语言服务保障。
[Abstract]:The strategy of "Belt and Road" is a systematic and complex project. Only by fully grasping the actual needs, making relevant language policies and giving full play to the maximum function of language education can we do many levels for the construction of "Belt and Road". Multi-channel language services to ensure the realization of the "five links". The formulation of language policies is influenced by various conditions. The social and linguistic environment of countries and regions along "Belt and Road", the wave of globalization, The new language view and the language demand are the main driving forces that influence the language policy formulation in Belt and Road's strategy, and are the important basis for our country to formulate the language policy. Through the comprehensive analysis of the language policy dynamic system, In order to better establish language policy issues and objectives, carefully carry out language planning and policy text construction, and help "Belt and Road" in the international common language, regional common language, key language, The reserve of minority language language and the cultivation of specialized language service personnel provide language service guarantee for Belt and Road construction.
