大陆MTI与台湾地区翻译硕士人才培养模式对比研究

【摘要】:随着全球化的浪潮席卷全球,国(地区)与国(地区)间的交流和依存不断加深,相互之间的联系也逐渐密切。在这个文化多元与多语种并存的世界中,翻译的作用与地位日渐重要,培养什么样的翻译人才能适应快速发展的社会需求变得愈加紧迫。2007年,随着国务院学位委员会在全国开启了翻译硕士专业学位的试点申报工作,到2016年底,全国已有206所高校取得了培养资格。随着翻译专业学位近10年来的建设与发展,取得了较大的进步。作为一个年轻的学科,中国内地的翻译专业学位教育仍然存在着培养人才目的不明确,设置课程不合理、教学模式须调整等问题。基于此,本文根据建构主义、功能主义和多元智能理论等国内外人才培养模式的相关理论,并与台湾地区职业型和应用型翻译硕士人才培养模式进行对比研究,从培养目标、教学、课程的设置与开发及翻译教学的测量与评估入手,分析两岸在人才培养模式上的异同,并剖析大陆地区翻译专业硕士存在的缺陷与不足。从本研究的问题入手,借助研究工具问卷量表,对两岸人才培养模式满意度进行调查,并对相关数据收集分析发现,台湾地区翻译硕士教育在课程设置、教师教学及人才培养模式的总评上均高于大陆地区,说明大陆地区仍有提高与改进的空间。最后,根据现存的问题,并借鉴台湾地区在人才培养模式上的优势提出建议:1、培养目标上突出其职业化与应用型的特色;2、以培养学生的翻译能力为课程设置的中心,并把课程设置与教学理据相融合;3、职业化的师资队伍,使现代技术手段运用到翻译教学之中。
[Abstract]:With the wave of globalization sweeping the world, the exchanges and interdependence between countries (regions) and countries (regions) are deepening, and the relationship between them is becoming closer. In this world where cultural diversity and multilingualism coexist, The role and status of translation is becoming more and more important, and it is becoming more and more urgent to train translators to adapt to the rapid development of society. In 2007, with the opening of the national pilot application for master's degree in translation by the State Council academic degrees Committee, By end of 2016, 206 colleges and universities in China had obtained the training qualifications. With the construction and development of translation degree in the past 10 years, great progress has been made. As a young subject, There are still some problems in the degree education of translation major in mainland China, such as the unclear purpose of cultivating talents, the unreasonable setting of courses, the adjustment of teaching mode, and so on. The theories of functionalism and multiple intelligences, and so on, are compared with those of professional and applied translation masters in Taiwan. The course setup and development, the measurement and evaluation of translation teaching, the similarities and differences in the talent training model between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, and the defects and shortcomings of the master's degree in translation in mainland China are analyzed. With the help of the questionnaire of research tools, this paper investigates the satisfaction degree of the personnel training model across the Taiwan Strait, and finds out that the master of translation education in Taiwan is offered in the curriculum, and the relevant data are collected and analyzed. The general evaluation of the mode of teacher teaching and talent training is higher than that of the mainland, indicating that there is still room for improvement in the mainland. Finally, according to the existing problems, And draw lessons from the advantages of Taiwan in the talent training mode, and put forward some suggestions: 1. The training goal should highlight the characteristics of professionalism and application. The center of the curriculum is to cultivate students' translation ability. Moreover, the curriculum and teaching motivation are combined with the professional teaching staff so that modern technical means can be applied to translation teaching.
