意大利商务汉语教材文化内容研究

【摘要】:随着中国经济的飞速发展和扩大对外开放,中国在国际舞台上扮演的角色越发重要,这使得许多外国商人开始高度关注中国市场,到中国投资做生意。因此,商务汉语学习的需求也随之急剧增长。中国市场引起了意大利商务人士的关注,中意经贸往来不断扩大,推动了商务汉语的学习,这使得针对意大利学生的国别化商务汉语教材的编写迫在眉睫。为此,意大利的孔子学院、大学、私立学校等11所学校开设了商务汉语课程。目前,意大利本土商务汉语教材只有三部:《说汉语,谈生意》、《实用经贸汉语口语》和《商业中文》。2011年Barbara Leonesi编写的《说汉语,谈生意》是一部很有针对性,并有助于意大利学生学习商务汉语的教材。这本教材的使用对象是已达到汉语中高级水平的意大利学习者。笔者对这本教材的文化部分进行了问卷调查,结果显示《说汉语,谈生意》的文化点对意大利学生的针对性与实用性较强。通过问卷调查的结果分析,笔者总结出学生对教材内容的评价、学习者对商务汉语教材文化内容编写的建议与看法以及学生对教材的满意度。这本教材受学生欢迎,原因之一是它丰富的文化知识有助于学习者加深对中国文化的了解,避免在中国商务环境下出现文化差异导致的冲突和误解。《实用经贸汉语口语》是翟然和李英针对意大利汉语学习者编写的商务汉语教材。《实用经贸汉语》没有专门的文化部分,文化知识包含在课文中,该教材的文化内容主要涉及到交际文化。《商业中文》的编者王东东发明了一个针对意大利学生学习汉字的方法,对意大利学生很有帮助。该教材的文化内容集中于最后,书中《三十六计》这一部分与商务活动中的应用相结合。笔者认为《三十六计》有助于学习者了解中国商人的经商理念。三部教材在思路、结构、文化内容介绍等方面有着很大的不同。关于它们的使用现状,目前《说汉语,谈生意》是所有意大利商务汉语教材中使用最广泛的教材,主要的原因是它符合教材编写国别化原则,教材内容既能激发意大利学生对商务汉语学习的兴趣,又能提高他们跨文化交际能力,此外它有助于意大利学习者了解中意文化差异。本论文的目的是通过对意大利本土商务汉语教材的介绍、中意文化的对比分析和问卷调查结果分析等,总结出对意大利学生而言最有意义、对他们商务汉语学习最有帮助的文化内容,并总结了国别化商务汉语教材的优点与意大利本土商务汉语教材对商务汉语国别教材编写的启示,并为意大利商务汉语教材文化内容的编写提供参考建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the expansion of its opening to the outside world, China's role on the international stage has become increasingly important, which has led many foreign businessmen to pay close attention to the Chinese market and invest in China to do business.As a result, the demand for business Chinese learning has increased dramatically.The Chinese market has attracted the attention of Italian business people, and Sino-Italian economic and trade contacts have been expanding, which has promoted the study of business Chinese, which makes the compilation of nationalized business Chinese textbooks for Italian students imminent.To this end, Italy's Confucius Institute, universities, private schools and other 11 schools offered business Chinese courses.At present, there are only three textbooks for local business Chinese in Italy: speak Chinese, talk about Business, spoken Chinese for practical Business, and Chinese for Business. "speaking Chinese, talking about Business", written by Barbara Leonesi in 2011, is a highly targeted one.And help Italian students to learn business Chinese textbooks.This textbook is intended for Italian learners who have reached the middle and advanced levels of Chinese.The author has conducted a questionnaire survey on the cultural part of this textbook, and the results show that the cultural points of speaking Chinese and talking about Business have strong pertinence and practicability for Italian students.Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire, the author summarizes the students' evaluation of the contents of the textbooks, the suggestions and views of the learners on the compilation of the cultural contents of the business Chinese textbooks and the satisfaction of the students with the textbooks.One of the reasons why this textbook is popular among students is that its rich cultural knowledge helps learners deepen their understanding of Chinese culture.To avoid conflicts and misunderstandings caused by cultural differences in the Chinese business environment. Spoken Chinese for practical Business Chinese is a business Chinese textbook written by Zhai ran and Li Ying for Italian Chinese learners. There is no special cultural part in practical Business Chinese.Cultural knowledge is contained in the text. The cultural content of the textbook mainly involves communicative culture. Wang Dongdong, editor of Commercial Chinese, has invented a method for Italian students to learn Chinese characters, which is very helpful to Italian students.The cultural content of the textbook is focused on the final, the book < 36 count > this part of the business activities combined with the application.The author thinks that < 36 > is helpful for learners to understand the business philosophy of Chinese businessmen.The three textbooks have different ideas, structures and cultural contents.With regard to their current use, speaking Chinese and talking about Business is the most widely used textbook of all Italian business Chinese textbooks, mainly because it conforms to the principle of nationalization of the compilation of textbooks.The content of the textbook can not only stimulate Italian students' interest in business Chinese learning, but also improve their intercultural communicative competence. In addition, it helps Italian learners to understand the cultural differences between Italy and Italy.The purpose of this thesis is to sum up the most significant for Italian students through the introduction of Italian business Chinese teaching materials, the comparative analysis of Sino-Italian culture and the analysis of the results of the questionnaire.It also summarizes the advantages of the national business Chinese teaching materials and the enlightenment of the Italian native business Chinese textbooks to the compilation of business Chinese country textbooks.It also provides reference suggestions for the compilation of cultural contents of Italian business Chinese textbooks.
