中国翻译专业学位教育:成绩、问题与对策

【摘要】：自进入21世纪以来,我国的翻译专业学位教育取得了迅猛的发展,同时也存在一些亟待解决的问题。笔者建议:(1)鉴于大多数开设BTI和MTI专业的高校培养的应是具有初、中级翻译能力的多用途、通用型兼职翻译人才,而非职业翻译,MTI教学应考虑学生口译和笔译能力的同步发展,设立口笔译为一体的口笔译专业。(2)在课程设置和教学要求中增加提高语言能力与文化修养的课程。(3)要始终把握好正确的输入和输出比例,加强输入环节的学习。(4)非文学翻译与文学翻译的训练并重。(5)关注借助新技术提高翻译效率和教学效果。(6)加强师资队伍建设,教师应为长期从事专业翻译的专业教师或业界的职业翻译。(7)建立严格的考核测评体系,严格毕业要求,甚至可实行中期淘汰制。
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21st century, the degree education of translation major in China has made rapid development, but there are also some problems to be solved. The author suggests that in view of the fact that most colleges and universities offering BTI and MTI majors should cultivate multi-purpose and general-purpose part-time translators with initial and intermediate translation abilities, the simultaneous development of students' interpretation and translation abilities should be considered in the teaching of non-professional translators. Setting up the interpreter and translator as an integral part of translation and interpretation. 2) to increase the curriculum of improving language ability and cultural accomplishment in the curriculum and teaching requirements) we should always grasp the correct ratio of input and output. Strengthen the study of input link. 4) pay equal attention to the training of non-literary translation and literary translation. Pay attention to improving the efficiency of translation and teaching effect with the help of new technology. Teachers should establish a strict examination and evaluation system for professional teachers engaged in professional translation for a long time or professional translators in the field. They should also set up strict graduation requirements and even implement the mid-term knockout system.
