新疆南北疆维吾尔族国家通用语言水平的现实差异研究

【摘要】：新疆南北疆民族分布的差异是历史上自然形成的,这种差异在今天的语言生活中、尤其是国家通用语言使用中有明显的反映:南疆维吾尔族的国家通用语言普及程度和使用水平明显低于北疆。文章在追溯这种差异形成的历史原因的基础上,选取南疆喀什市和北疆伊宁市的维吾尔族进行国家通用语言抽样调查对比研究,从语言能力、语言使用、语言态度诸方面比较两市维吾尔族国家通用语言使用差异;据此提出:南北疆维吾尔族语言生活调查研究应该分别开展,在新疆不同地区推广国家通用语言应该考虑差异、因地制宜进行。
[Abstract]:The differences in the distribution of ethnic groups in Xinjiang's northern and southern Xinjiang are naturally formed in history, and these differences are in today's language life. Especially, there is obvious reflection in the use of national common language: the popularization and level of national common language of Uygur nationality in southern Xinjiang is obviously lower than that in northern Xinjiang. On the basis of tracing back to the historical reasons for the formation of this kind of difference, this paper selects Uighurs from Kashi City, South Xinjiang, and Yining City, Northern Xinjiang, to carry out a comparative study of the national common language sample, and from the language ability and language use, Based on the comparison of the differences in the use of common language between the Uygur countries in the two cities, it is suggested that the investigation and study of Uygur language life in the north and south of Xinjiang should be carried out separately, and the differences should be considered in the promotion of the national common language in different regions of Xinjiang. Take measures according to local conditions.
