【摘要】：正使用语言、学习语言、研究语言等活动,形成了人类的语言生活;语言生活是人类社会生活的重要组成部分。使用外语、学习外语、研究外语等活动,形成了人类的外语生活,外语生活是人类语言生活的重要组成部分。不管是进行外语教学,还是进行外语规划,都应当明确树立外语生活的意识。外语生活与外语教育(包括外语教学)的关系十分密切。学习之目的在于应用,特别是语言学习,其应用的目的比数学、物理、历史、地理等科目当更为显豁。故而外语教育应当有自觉的

The activities of using foreign language, learning foreign language and studying foreign language form human's foreign language life, which is an important part of human language life.
