【摘要】：正讨巧风盛行必然助长虚浮风。岁末年初,年终总结是一个避不开的老话题。总结,是一项"回头看"和"向前看"的工作,是单位和个人发展进程中不可缺少的环节。然而,一些总结却背离了初衷。具体来说,下面三类总结不可取。"套路式"总结不能套"套路"之"套"有三层含义,一是套用,二是套话,三是"老套"。先说套用。有的年终总结是年年岁岁"花"相似,把往年的总结改头换面、拼拼凑凑,即成今年的总结,变的只是日期和个别措辞。更有甚者,干
