关系管理理论视角下会话修正的语用探究

　　会话修正是谈话中非常普遍的现象。通常有四个组成部分：阻碍（即错误、纰漏、不恰当的表达或者任何需要修正的话语成分）；修正启动,标志着会话前后可能脱节；修正指的是处理在交谈过程中出现在听、说或理解方面的问题或阻碍；修正结果是指对出现的问题的解决或放弃。从传统意义来说,会话修正一般分为四种：自我启动的自我修正；他人启动的自我修正；自我启动的他人修正；他人启动的他人修正。会话修正理论在Schegloff和其他语言学家的努力下得以迅速的发展。然而,以往的研究大多集中在会话修正的形式结构,极少研究其与社会因素间的关系。而本文试图从社会关系管理角度来研究会话修正、及其与社会因素间相互制约的关系。具体地说：本文将应用Helen Spencer-Oatey的关系管理理论解释会话修正中的形式结构,证明社会因素可以驱动会话修正现象的产生,并揭示会话修正的人际功能。有四种社会因素能驱动会话修正的产生：品质型面子；认同型面子；平等权利和参与权利。品质型面子是我们人类最基本的一种内心渴望,渴望他人对我们的个人素质如：能力,外表,本领等进行积极地评价。认同型面子也是我们内心最基本的渴望,渴望他人对我们的社会身份和角...
