中美募捐书信文化差异研究

　　募捐书信是个人或集体提出建议并公开发起,希望共同完成某项任务或开展某项公益活动所运用的一种专用书信。募捐书信的写作深受本国文化的影响,文化直接影响着书信写作的遣词造句和谋篇布局,所以募捐书信具有很强的文化色彩和价值倾向。目前国内对募捐书信的研究处于起步阶段,学界对募捐书信的研究大都是从语言学和体裁等视角进行探讨的,而鲜有从文化角度对中美募捐书信进行的研究。本文就是基于中美募捐书信的真实语料进行文化差异对比的实证研究。作为研究对象的募捐书信一共有100篇,其中中文募捐书信50篇,英文募捐书信50篇。所有募捐书信均是从慈善机构或个人近十年在网上发布的所有募捐书信中随意抽取的,它们是完整的未经过修改的募捐书信原稿,均由本族语者书写,其募捐内容覆盖范围较广,包括教育、医疗、自然灾害、环境保护和个体活动等,因此作为语料研究的100篇中美募捐书信具有一定的代表性,能在一定程度上代表中美募捐书信的现状。本文将运用跨文化交际的理论对语料进行文化差异的对比研究,通过研究发现,中美募捐书信在价值观、高低语境、宗教、时间取向和思维方式等方面存在明显的文化差异。中国募捐书信体现出集体主义、高权力距离和高语境交...
