中国残疾人共文化群体与主流非残疾人文化群体的跨文化非语言交际

近二三十年来,跨文化交际学研究取得了长足进步,理论不断成熟,研究内容日渐丰富。从研究对象上看,已不仅局限在各国的主流文化,更加细化的共文化群体及其交际行为研究逐渐成为本学科研究新的趋势。其中对于残疾人共文化的研究就是一个典型的代表,在西方此领域已有相关研究成果涌现,但在国内却未受到学者的足够重视。基于此,本研究选择从残疾人共文化角度出发,以非语言交际为切入点,来考察中国残疾人共文化群体与主流非残疾人文化群体的跨文化非语言交际。通过问卷调查及面对面访谈等形式获取相关信息,并对其进行定性分析。通过分析,本研究主要总结出如面部表情、眼神、体距等非语言交际行为对于残疾人与非残疾人面对面交际过程影响的因素,并根据残疾人与非残疾人各自的特点,结合非语言交际和跨文化交际能力等相关理论,对双方提出相应的交际策略,以促进残疾人与非残疾人之间的跨文化交际。
