全球化背景下的求异翻译伦理研究

　　全球化是一个词也是一种概念,同时也是一个人类发展的复杂过程。在这个过程中各种因素相互渗透,如经济、政治、文化、意识形态等。从某种程度上看,全球化会加剧各国、各种文化的不平衡发展;在全球化的掩盖下,文化自身的功能被置换,文化的某些传统和其规定性正在丧失;一个国家或民族语言的终结就标志着其文明的终结。因此,任何一个维护自身文化价值的国家都不会眼睁睁地看着本族的语言消失而无动于衷。而翻译,作为思想表达、情感交流、文化创造的重要方式之一,必须时刻警惕不能成为某一强权意识形态羞辱、践踏、殖民他者的武器。文化全球化的进程中,我们可以看到一些文化霸权现象,即发达国家凭借其强大的政治经济优势,或借助意识形态等传媒机器对文化他者进行文化剥削和占有,依据其强势地位对处于弱势的文化他者国家构成文化霸权。其实,翻译被用于政治目的已有悠久的历史。17、18世纪是欧洲殖民主义的黄金时代,那时的翻译无疑是欧洲殖民的重要手段。另外,翻译的产生在非洲大陆也有其政治意义。因此,帝国主义国家借助翻译作为其重要手段用以实现他们的文化霸权目的。伦理学的研究对象是一定社会的基本人际关系规范及其相应的道德原则。翻译作为一种跨文化交...
