【摘要】：荒野是美国特有的文学意象之一。本文以美国现代化进程为背景,选取20世纪初期,即美国现代化成熟期这一历史时期为研究阶段,从生态主义和生态女性主义角度对女性作家薇拉·凯瑟,玛丽·奥斯汀和萨拉·奥尼·裘威特的三部主要作品《尖枞树之乡》、《啊!拓荒者》和《少雨的土地》分别进行了重点解读,探索美国现代化这一时期女性作家笔下的荒野观。本文包括导论,正文四章及结论。导论部分主要介绍了三位作家及其主要作品和国内外研究现状。第一章是荒野的概念溯源。从荒野的词源学,隐喻意义以及现实意义总结了荒野的概念发展历程。第二章通过分析荒野从传统的荒野概念开始转变,荒野带来了空间异化感和身份异化感,造成了人类精神的空虚,阐明荒野在人类初次接触时,作为人类敌对者的形象。第三章阐述荒野变成人类的滋养者,通过与人类的进一步接触,荒野赋予女性新的能力与美德,女性也开始找到自己的价值。与此同时,荒野也展现了女性特征,展现其美丽的一面。第四章描述了具有多元文化特色的荒野社区,荒野不再是单纯的自然景色,更不是人类的“他者”,它已经成为环境,社会和个人的综合概念。人们开始建立与荒野相融的地方感,并体会到了生态责任。结论部分再次强调该研究的主题,指出美国现代化成熟期的荒野,已经发生了变化,经历了从敌对者到滋养者的过程,并最终成为具有女性特色的多元社区。
[Abstract]:Wilderness is one of the unique literary images of the United States. This paper takes the process of American modernization as the background and chooses the historical period of the beginning of 20th century, that is, the mature period of American modernization, as the research stage. From the perspective of ecologicalism and eco-feminism, the three main works of female writers Vera Cather, Mary Austen and Sarah Orney Juwitt, "Home of the Tip Fir Tree", < aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! The Pioneers and the Land with less Rain are respectively interpreted to explore the views on wilderness written by female writers in the period of American Modernization. The main body four chapters and the conclusion. The introduction part mainly introduces three writers and their main works and the domestic and foreign research present situation. The first chapter is the concept of wilderness traceability, from the wilderness etymology, Metaphorical meaning and realistic meaning summarize the course of the development of the concept of wilderness. Chapter two analyzes the transformation of wilderness from the traditional concept of wilderness. The wilderness brings a sense of space alienation and identity alienation, which leads to the emptiness of human spirit. Clarifying the image of wilderness as a human adversary in the first contact of mankind. Chapter three states that the wilderness becomes the nourishing human being, and that through further contact with humanity, the wilderness gives new powers and virtues to women. Women are beginning to find their own value. At the same time, the wilderness also shows its feminine identity and its beautiful side. Chapter 4th describes the wilderness community with its multicultural characteristics, the wilderness is no longer a pure natural scenery, It has become a comprehensive concept of environment, society, and individuals. People are beginning to build a sense of place in harmony with the wilderness and to realize ecological responsibility. The conclusion reemphasizes the subject of the study. It is pointed out that the wilderness in the mature period of American modernization has changed from adversary to nourishment and has finally become a pluralistic community with female characteristics.
