《瓦尔登湖》的生态伦理观念研究

【摘要】：对于美国来说,19世纪是一个国家建设的时代,19世纪的美国文学大多关注美国的价值,美国的命运及其前景。然而随着工业化的加速发展,新社会涌现出的各种意识形态相互交织,在带来活力的同时也带来恐惧,在这种背景下,梭罗和他的作品《瓦尔登湖》出现了。梭罗是19世纪美国著名的哲学家、作家及思想家。在当时,梭罗的观点并未得到同代人的认同,关于他的评论往往贬大于褒。然而他的作品《瓦尔登湖》对大自然的诗意描述已经成为美国的经典散文,并在“造就美国人性格的十本著作”的评选中居于首位。本文试图从梭罗自身的性格特征和经历入手,通过梭罗的《瓦尔登湖》分析其所蕴含的的生态伦理观点。论文一共分为五个部分。第一部分为绪论,概述了本研究的目的意义,关于梭罗和瓦尔登湖的研究现状,并且对研究的动机及问题进行了探讨,这是本研究的基础。接着第一章在对“生态伦理观念”进行概述的基础上,分析了梭罗《瓦尔登湖》中蕴含的生态伦理思想,主要包括两个方面:《瓦尔登湖》生态伦理思想的形成原因及《瓦尔登湖》生态伦理思想的特点,探讨了人与自然之间的关系,尤其是对《瓦尔登湖》中钓鱼和狩猎这些反映生态伦理观念的片段进行了详细分析;从第二章到第五章主要是探讨生态伦理思想在梭罗《瓦尔登湖》中的体现。该部分主要运用生态伦理的相关理论:崇拜生命,敬畏生命、新人道主义、自然界的价值来解读梭罗的《瓦尔登湖》,第二章论述对生命的敬畏和崇拜:人应该热爱自然,尊重自然并与其和谐共处,这在梭罗的生态伦理思想中有所反映;第三章集中探讨新人道主义与生态伦理观念之间的关系,新人道主义倡导生态伦理观念:即人应该走进自然,关心自然,在这一部分,笔者尝试结合梭罗《瓦尔登湖》中的片段,论述建立于新人道主义之上的生态伦理思想;第四章探索了自然的价值,强调自然不仅有使用价值也有经济价值。《瓦尔登湖》强调自然的独立价值,反对只关注其经济价值的行为;最后,结语部分指出,生态伦理思想不仅为梭罗的《瓦尔登湖》这部作品提供了一个全新的解读视角,还唤醒了读者的环境保护意识,为他们思索自身处境提供了一个新的路径。
[Abstract]:For the United States, the 19th century was an era of nation-building. Most American literature in the 19th century focused on the value of the United States, the fate of the United States and its prospects. However, with the accelerated development of industrialization, Against the backdrop of the intertwining of ideologies emerging in the new society, bringing vitality as well as fear, Thoreau and his work, Lake Walden, emerged. In 19th century, Thoreau was a famous American philosopher. Writer and thinker. At that time, Thoreau's views were not accepted by his contemporaries, and his comments about him tended to outweigh praise. However, his poetic description of nature in Lake Walden had become a classic American prose. This paper tries to start with Thoreau's own character and experience. The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which summarizes the purpose and significance of this study, and the current research situation of Thoreau and Walden Lake. The motivation and problems of the study are discussed, which is the basis of this study. Chapter one, on the basis of summarizing the concept of ecological ethics, analyzes the ecological ethics thought contained in Thoreau's Lake Walden. It mainly includes two aspects: the formation reason of "Walden Lake" ecological ethics thought and the characteristics of "Walden Lake" ecological ethics thought, and discusses the relationship between man and nature. Especially in Walden Lake, fishing and hunting, which reflect the ecological ethics, are analyzed in detail. From chapter two to chapter 5th, it mainly discusses the embodiment of ecological ethics thought in Walden Lake Thoreau. This part mainly uses the relevant theories of ecological ethics: worshipping life, fearing life, new humanitarianism. The value of nature explains Thoreau's Walden Lake. The second chapter discusses the reverence and worship of life: man should love nature, respect nature and live in harmony with it, which is reflected in Thoreau's ecological ethics; The third chapter focuses on the relationship between new humanitarianism and ecological ethics. New humanitarianism advocates ecological ethics: that is, people should go into nature, care for nature, in this part, The author tries to discuss the ecological ethics thought based on the new humanitarianism by combining the fragments of Thoreau's Lake Walden. Chapter 4th explores the value of nature. Emphasizing that nature has not only use value but also economic value. "Walden Lake" emphasizes the independent value of nature and opposes the act of focusing only on its economic value; finally, the conclusion states, The thought of ecological ethics not only provides a new angle of view for Thoreau's Walden Lake, but also awakens the readers' consciousness of environmental protection and provides a new way for them to think about their own situation.
