哈克鲁伊特:将世界呈现给英格兰——哈克鲁伊特的海洋书写与英国海洋意识

【摘要】：16世纪初的英国还没将政策重心放在海洋上,不论是航海探险还是海上贸易英国都没有多少优势。但是,英国在16世纪末17世纪初开始出现"转向海洋"的趋势,自此,英国选择主动"变成岛屿";"转向海洋"是由多方面因素促成的,而当时航海游记作家和编者理查德·哈克鲁伊特通过翻译、编辑和出版的一系列航海游记作品在这场海洋意识的转变中扮演着比较重要的推动角色。哈克的海洋书写描述了英国以往厚重而辉煌的航海历史,为英国民众构建了不列颠群岛之外"充满珍宝香料的新世界"的浪漫图景,也将不列颠岛屿之外的世界呈现给英国民众。
[Abstract]:In the early 16th century, Britain did not focus its policy on the sea. Neither maritime exploration nor maritime trade gave Britain much advantage. However, in the late 16th century and the beginning of the 17th century, Britain began to "turn to the sea," and since then, Britain has chosen to "become an island" actively, and the "turn to the sea" is driven by a variety of factors. By translating, editing and publishing a series of nautical traveller's works, Richard Hackluyt played an important role in the transformation of ocean consciousness. Huck's ocean writing depicts the rich and glorious history of British navigation and creates a romantic picture of a "new world full of treasures and spices" outside the British Isles. It also presents the world beyond the British islands to the British people.
