中古英语摇篮曲缘何悲伤哭泣

【摘要】：中古英语摇篮曲普遍凸显婴儿的悲伤哭泣,现存最早的中古英语摇篮曲Index 2025也不例外。不过,与其他同类作品不同的是,在Index 2025中,悲伤哭泣的原因不在于耶稣受难或人类忏悔,而在于悲苦的尘世人生。这首摇篮曲可能深受拉丁语文学的影响,但由于14及15世纪其他中古英语诗歌也体现出与其紧密相关的传统,且Index2025同部分古英语诗作在悲伤情调方面具有相似性,我们也可以推测,这首摇篮曲并非译介而来的舶来品,甚至在一定程度上还秉承了盎格鲁-撒克逊文化传统。
[Abstract]:Middle English lullabies generally highlight the sadness and cry of infants, including the oldest existing Middle English lullaby Index 2025. However, unlike other works of its kind, in Index 2025, the reason for grief and crying is not in the crucifixion or human repentance, but in the sorrowful earthly life. This lullaby may be deeply influenced by Latin literature, but because other middle English poems of the 14th and 15th centuries also embody a tradition closely related to it, Index2025 is similar to some of the ancient English poems in terms of sadness. We can also speculate that the lullaby was not translated and even inherited the Anglo-Saxon tradition to some extent.
