情动研究视野下的当代美国医生书写

【摘要】：当代美国医生书写,无论是虚构的还是非虚构的,都具有很强的自白因素。传统的自白式解读提纲挈领地勾勒出当代美国医生书写的特点,有助于从总体上把握这个新兴文类的概貌。但随着研究的深入,有必要对此种解读进行细化和深化。该文在当代情动研究相关理论的观照下,通过具体文本的解读,厘清情绪和情动的区别和联系,从情动产生的原因和影响分析当代美国医生书写中对疾病经历的情动反应,展示情动如何在文本内外把医生作家、病患、医疗际遇和读者联系起来,构成一个个情动社群,从而体现文学的能动性和潜力。
[Abstract]:Modern American doctors' writing, whether fictional or nonfiction, has strong confessions. The traditional confessional interpretation outlines the characteristics of contemporary American doctors' writing, which is helpful to grasp the general picture of this new genre. However, with the deepening of the study, it is necessary to refine and deepen the interpretation. In the light of the relevant theories of contemporary emotion research, this paper clarifies the difference and relation between emotion and emotion through the interpretation of specific texts, and analyzes the emotional response to the disease experience in the writing of contemporary American doctors from the causes and effects of emotion. It shows how emotion connects doctors, writers, patients, medical opportunities and readers inside and outside of the text to form a emotive community, thus embodying the dynamic role and potential of literature.
