论於梨华留学生文学创作的主题嬗变

【摘要】:20世纪60年代於梨华以《又见棕榈又见棕榈》崛起于华文文坛,并被誉为“留学生文学的鼻祖”。於梨华以其丰富多变的创作主题、清畅而又严谨的话语风格、个性鲜明的艺术形象,在表现海外华人的生存现状与文化心理变迁方面做出了自己独特的贡献,也为海内外广大读者所熟知和喜爱。20世纪50—60年代,於梨华曾用写实的笔尖伤感吟唱“失根”的痛楚与无奈,用急切渴望的笔触书写“寻根”与“归根”的兴奋与喜悦。20世纪70—80年代,於梨华一手书写为赢得“永久聘书”而挣扎的高校知识分子;一手书写陷入婚恋“围城”的海外华人女性自我意识的执着寻求、觉醒与突围。进入新世纪后,作者将视角转向华人家庭及人类所面临的共同问题,特别是2009年《彼岸》的出版,作品中所显示出的人性审视与人文关怀广受赞誉,使她再次受到华文文坛及学界的广泛关注。阅读於梨华的作品我们可以清晰地发现,於梨华在50多年的文学创作生涯中一直坚守自己的文学信念,并在不断的创作实践中逐渐形成了成熟的创作理念。特别是其后期作品,对华人知识分子家庭中母女关系与伦理观念的审视充满了人文关怀,对当代华文文坛及“新移民文学”产生了积极的影响。本文通过梳理和研究於梨华的小说创作,寻找其创作主题嬗变的缘由及创作动力,将分别剖析於梨华不同时期的文学作品,探讨其创作不同时期的主题与风格,解读和分析其创作不断拓展的过程。本文分为三章:第一章从作家自身的留学经历出发,主要以《又见棕榈又见棕榈》《傅家的儿女们》《三人行》为例,以“失根—寻根—归根”为论述主线,阐述海外留学生在物质与精神的双重困境下“身份的迷失”及迷失后的“寻根”与“归根”。第二章从作者以华人知识分子为题材创作的作品出发,以《考验》与《在离去与道别之间》这两部作品为例,描绘了一幅华人知识分子的“士林百态图”,并揭示海外华人女性意识的觉醒与艰难的突围过程,既有对造成知识分子如此命运的反思,又有对传统文化的批判。第三章以作者从家庭伦理、现实人性的角度出发创作的作品为侧重点,主要以《一个天使的沉沦》和《彼岸》两部小说为例,剖析华人家庭中家庭伦理观念的冲突与断裂,探讨代际间的诸多问题及西方语境下的母女关系,从而呈现出作者的人文关怀精神及对人类社会所共有的人性的深切关注。最后是余论部分。
[Abstract]:Yu Lihua emerged in the Chinese literary world in 1960's with Palme d'Or, and was praised as the ancestor of the literature of overseas students. Yu Lihua, with his rich and changeable theme, clear and rigorous discourse style and distinctive artistic image, has made his own unique contribution to the expression of the living situation and cultural and psychological changes of overseas Chinese. Also known and loved by many readers at home and abroad. In the 50-60 's of the 20th century, Yu Lihua sang the pain and helplessness of "loss of root" with a down-to-earth nib. The excitement and joy of "searching for roots" and "returning to roots" are written with eager strokes. In the 1970s and 1980s, Yu Lihua wrote single-handedly the intellectuals in colleges and universities struggling to win the "permanent employment letter"; In one hand, we write about the persistent seeking, awakening and breaking out of the self-consciousness of overseas Chinese women who fall into marriage and love besieged cities. After entering the new century, the author turned to the common problems faced by Chinese families and human beings, especially in the publication of "the other Bank" in 2009. So that she once again attracted widespread attention in the Chinese literary world and academic circles. Reading Yu Lihua's works, we can clearly find that Yu Lihua has been sticking to his own literary belief in his literary creation career for more than 50 years, and has gradually formed a mature creative idea in his continuous creative practice. Especially in his later works, the examination of mother-daughter relationship and ethics in the family of Chinese intellectuals is full of humanistic concern and has a positive influence on the contemporary Chinese literary world and "new immigrant literature". By combing and studying Yu Lihua's novel creation, this paper finds out the reason and motive force for the change of his creative theme, analyzes the literary works in different periods, and probes into the theme and style of his creation in different periods. To interpret and analyze the process of continuous expansion of his creation. This article is divided into three chapters: the first chapter starts from the writer's own experience of studying abroad, mainly takes "see Palm" < the Children of Fu's Family > < the three people's Bank "as an example, and takes" losing root-seeking root-returning root "as the main line." This paper expounds the "lost identity" of overseas students under the dual predicament of material and spirit, and the "seeking root" and "returning to the root" after being lost. The second chapter starts from the author's works on the subject of Chinese intellectuals, taking the two works "test" and "between departure and farewell" as examples, and depicts a picture of "Schilling hundred States" of Chinese intellectuals. It also reveals that the awakening of overseas Chinese women's consciousness and the difficult process of breaking through not only reflect on the fate of intellectuals, but also criticize the traditional culture. The third chapter focuses on the works created by the author from the angle of family ethics and realistic human nature, mainly taking two novels, "the fall of an Angel" and "the other Bank" as examples, to analyze the conflicts and breakages of family ethics in Chinese families. This paper probes into the intergenerational problems and the mother-daughter relationship in the western context, thus presenting the author's humanistic caring spirit and his deep concern for the humanity shared by human society. The last part is the conclusion.
