[Abstract]:African-American literature is a true reflection of the history of the survival, struggle and development of African-American minorities in the United States. In the middle and late 20th century, African-American literature reached its peak, from "native children", "invisible people", and "root". "Purple Color" to "beloved" concatenates the traumatic memory of African-American nationalities. Through thinking about the important issues of national existence, ethnic origin, gender relations, national ethics, and so on, they have gone out of the shadow of history and bravely voiced their voices for many unheard-of compatriots. The reconstruction of national character and the improvement of national cohesion provide an important spiritual strength.
