尼采思想对尤金·奥尼尔悲剧的影响

　　尤金·奥尼尔是美国著名的戏剧作家。他一生创作了五十几部作品,获得了诺贝尔文学奖,四次获得普利策文学奖,被誉为美国现代戏剧之父。他的代表作品有《琼斯皇》、《长日入夜行》、《榆树下的欲望》、《送冰的人来了》等等。奥尼尔的作品主要都是悲剧。关于奥尼尔的悲剧,国内外学术界都有着广泛并且深入的研究,比如他的悲剧思想,悲剧原型,然而本文研究的是尼采思想对其悲剧的影响。奥尼尔曾多次在公开场合表明自己对尼采的推崇。尼采思想对其作品的影响不言而喻。本文拟从两个方面来分析奥尼尔的相关作品。这两个方面是尼采在《查拉图斯特拉如是说》中提到的超人哲学思想,以及尼采在《悲剧的诞生》中提到的酒神精神和日神精神。这两个方面的概念都是尼采哲学思想中核心理念,对于理解奥尼尔的悲剧作品有着大有裨益。本文拟分为五章论述,第一章是对尤金·奥尼尔的生平和创作生涯的介绍以及国内外的文献研究综述。第二章阐述与尤金·奥尼尔悲剧作品密切相关的尼采的酒神精神和日神精神,以及超人哲学思想。第三章分析尼采的酒神精神和日神精神在奥尼尔两部作品,即《长日入夜行》和《榆树下的欲望》中的反映。第四章则探讨尼采的超人哲学思想在奥尼尔另两部悲剧作品《拉撒...
