试论《都柏林人》中的陌生化艺术

《都柏林人》是詹姆斯·乔伊斯的一个短篇小说集,全书包括15个短篇故事,描绘了居住在爱尔兰首都都柏林的中下阶层人民的精神瘫痪和堕落。该书完成于1905年,几经周折终于于1914年出版。由于在文学界意义重大,它获得许多读者的高度赞扬。目前为止,人们已经从不同方面研究过它,如主题研究,女性主义研究,存在主义研究,后殖民主义和语言艺术特点研究等等。但是关于《都柏林人》的陌生化艺术研究却寥寥无几。因此本论文以维克多·什克洛夫斯基的陌生化理论为基础,分别从作品中的人物,叙事策略,和语言三方面研究《都柏林人》中陌生化艺术在文中的体现和应用,旨在说明《都柏林人》取得如此高的文学价值,正得益于小说中所蕴含的陌生化艺术。论文主体部分共分为以下三章:第一章阐述了《都柏林人》中的人物的陌生化。在《都柏林人》中,通过创造一系列独特的人物,以陌生的形式安排情节发展,詹姆斯·乔伊斯为读者讲述了一个个有趣的,充满悬念的故事。第二章关注叙事策略中的陌生化手法。在《都柏林人》中,詹姆斯·乔伊斯采用不同叙述视角的同时,穿插特殊的叙事者,让读者进入一个陌生而又有趣的文学世界。第三章从两个方面探索《都柏林人》语言的陌生化:语言...
