列宁:保障苏维埃报刊真正送达到基层

【摘要】：正列宁有一篇从标题看是关于教育的文章《论教育人民委员部的工作》,但论证的主要是报刊工作,这是一篇重要的列宁新闻观文献,体现出他对新经济政策(即市场经济)条件下文化-新闻体制的思考。该文发表于1921年2月7日的《真理报》,中译文收入中文版《列宁全集》(第2版40卷327-337页,人民出版社1986年版,约7500字)。文章前三分之一主要谈综合技术教育和专家参加工作,后三分之二论述的是报刊书籍的发行和分配问题。
[Abstract]:Lenin has an article on education, "on the work of the people's Committee of Education", but the main argument is the work of the press, which is an important document on Lenin's view of the press. Reflects his thoughts on the culture-news system under the condition of the new economic policy (i.e. market economy). The article was published in the February 7th 1921 issue of the True Times. Chinese version of complete works of Lenin (2nd edition, vol. 40, pp. 327-337, people's Publishing House, 1986). The first 1/3 of the article mainly talks about comprehensive technical education and experts to participate in the work, and 2/3 discusses the issue of the distribution and distribution of newspapers and magazines.
