民族文化媒体传播预警机制的构建研究

【摘要】：媒体是信息传播的平台和路径,民族文化是其中流动的内容信息,由于文化冲突、文化认同、文化断裂等多种因素作用,民族文化的媒体传播效果或影响便会带来更多的不确定性。要使民族文化的传播正向发展,并能通过媒体中的文化信息传播,促进民族文化的传承、保护和发展,就需要建构相应的预警机制。相关机制的建立首先需要确定民族文化媒体传播预警机制的危机问题方向,其次明确问题危机的发现方式,再次确定问题危机的责任主体,最后还要形成问题解决的基本原则。
[Abstract]:Media is the platform and path of information dissemination, and national culture is the flowing content information, because of cultural conflict, cultural identity, cultural rupture and other factors. The media communication effect or influence of national culture will bring more uncertainty. In order to make the dissemination of national culture positive development and through the dissemination of cultural information in the media to promote the transmission of national culture. To protect and develop, it is necessary to construct the corresponding early-warning mechanism. The establishment of the relevant mechanism needs to determine the direction of the crisis problem of the early warning mechanism of national cultural media communication, and then to make clear the way of finding the problem crisis. Once again determine the main responsibility of the problem crisis, and finally form the basic principles of problem-solving.
