生命周期视角下的公共卫生类突发事件知识管理体系研究

【摘要】：[目的/意义]知识生命周期理论为公共卫生知识管理提供新的研究思路。知识的有效管理对公共卫生类突发事件应急管理工作的开展至关重要,亟需系统的知识管理体系来指导具体的管理活动。[方法/过程]本文首先剖析了我国公共卫生类突发事件的知识管理及生命周期的研究现状,在此基础上,构建了支持知识全生命周期的公共卫生类突发事件应急知识管理体系,最后,探讨了公共卫生类突发事件应急知识管理体系面临的关键问题。[结果/结论]通过对公共卫生知识进行生命周期管理,厘清第四范式环境下卫生知识生命周期各个环节,为公共卫生类突发事件应急管理工作的开展提供参考。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance knowledge life cycle theory provides a new research idea for public health knowledge management. The effective management of knowledge is very important to the development of public health emergency management. A systematic knowledge management system is urgently needed to guide specific management activities. [Methods: firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of knowledge management and life cycle of public health emergencies in China. An emergency knowledge management system for public health emergencies is constructed, which supports the whole life cycle of public health. Finally, the key problems in the knowledge management system of public health emergencies are discussed. [Results / conclusion: through the life-cycle management of public health knowledge, we can clarify every link of health knowledge life cycle under the environment of 4th paradigm, and provide reference for the development of emergency management of public health emergencies.
