【摘要】：于欢案作为刑事案件,其判决结果关乎民众对社会最普遍正义的底线认识,成为我们观察和研究现今中国媒体与司法关系的最佳窗口。于欢案中的媒体报道具有以下特征:鲜明地表达了影响案件判决的目的性;通过调查性报道增强了报道的可接受性,迅速占领"道德至高点";采取了"同类人"的报道策略;通过"标题党"吸引受众的眼球;通过传播专业意见和中国古代同类案例进行正当性论证。
[Abstract]:Yu Huan case, as a criminal case, its judgment result is related to the people's understanding of the most common social justice bottom line. It is the best window for us to observe and study the relationship between Chinese media and judicature. The media report in Yu Huan case has the following characteristics: it clearly expresses the purpose of influencing the judgment of the case; Through the investigation of the report to enhance the acceptability of the report, quickly occupy the "moral high point"; Adopting the reporting strategy of "the same kind of people"; To attract the attention of the audience through the "headline Party"; Through the dissemination of professional opinions and ancient Chinese cases of the legitimacy of the argument.
