自媒体时代政府应对网络舆论的策略研究

【摘要】:这些年来,随着信息科技日新月异的发展与多媒体资讯媒介的创新进步,自媒体网络舆论的传播格局已经翻天覆地。自媒体网络不仅仅是原来意义上的提供信息交流与分享的平台,而是演变成一个拥有强大社会影响力和舆论动员力的重要信息传播工具。微博、微信、论坛等新媒介使用用户的急剧增加开始搅动现有的网络传播格局,令互联网言论的影响力和穿透力达到了前所未有的高度,网络舆论正成为自媒体时代网民的主要表达方式和表现形式。自媒体在于舆论传播过程中会产生一系列错综复杂的网络舆情,等待理性和高效的研判和沟通;此外,在利益诉求斑杂多元、舆论信息可以随地即时无缝互动传播、规模庞大的网民已成为互联网信息创造者和传播者的背景下,怎么因势利导,确保舆论导向的正确性,追踪和研究自媒体的独特优势和特点,已经成为摆在我国政府面前的一个难点。论文以我国政府如何有效应对自媒体网络舆论的策略为研究对象,在深入剖析我国自媒体网络舆论现状以及存在问题的基础上,以议程设置、群体极化理论为支撑,全面探讨了自媒体网络舆论与政府策略应对之间的积极关系,得出完善我国政府应对自媒体网络舆论的相应策略和建议,以保障我国自媒体网络舆论的积极正面性,确保自媒体网络舆论更好的为社会主义建设服务,确保我国的两个百年目标的实现。论文的主要分为以下五个部分:第一部分为绪论,包含研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状、研究方法、特色创新和技术路线;第二部分为相关概念及理论,主要介绍论文所涉及的相关概念及所运用于分析的基础理论;第三部分描述了自媒体网络舆论的整体形势及现状,对目前我国应对自媒体网络舆论的策略进行了小结,总结取得的成效及存在的问题点,以及引起相关问题的原因所在;第四部分从具体案例入手,通过对事件的回放和抽样分析,总结出政府应对策略及媒体舆论引导的特点;第五部分研究国外政府应对自媒体网络舆论的优秀经验,完善我国政府应对自媒体网络舆论的策略。
[Abstract]:Over the years, with the rapid development of information technology and the innovation and progress of multimedia information media, Since the media network, the public opinion dissemination pattern has been earth-shaking. The self-media network is not only the platform to provide information exchange and sharing in the original sense, Rather, it has evolved into an important information dissemination tool with strong social influence and public opinion mobilization. The sharp increase in the use of new media, such as Weibo, WeChat, and forums, has begun to stir up the existing network communication pattern. That has brought the influence and penetration of Internet speech to an unprecedented level. Internet public opinion is becoming the main form of expression and expression of Internet users in the era of self-media. Self-media, in the process of public opinion dissemination, will produce a series of complex network public opinions, waiting for rational and efficient research and communication; in addition, In the context of diverse interest demands, where public opinion information can be transmitted seamlessly and interactively, and where a large number of Internet users have become Internet information creators and disseminators, how can they guide the situation in order to ensure the correctness of public opinion guidance? Tracking and studying the unique advantages and characteristics of self-media has become a difficult point in front of our government. On the basis of deeply analyzing the current situation and existing problems of self-media network public opinion in China, the positive relationship between self-media network public opinion and government strategy response is discussed in an all-round way, supported by agenda setting and group polarization theory. Get the corresponding strategies and suggestions to perfect our government to self-media network public opinion, in order to ensure the positive and positive nature of our self-media network public opinion, and ensure that self-media network public opinion better serve the socialist construction. The thesis is divided into the following five parts: the first part is the introduction, including the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research status, research methods, characteristic innovation and technical route; The second part is related concepts and theories, mainly introduces the related concepts involved in the paper and the basic theory used in the analysis. The third part describes the overall situation and current situation of self-media network public opinion. This paper summarizes the strategies of self-media network public opinion in our country at present, summarizes the achievements, the existing problems and the causes of the related problems. Part 4th begins with specific cases. Through the playback and sampling analysis of the incident, the characteristics of the government's coping strategy and media guidance are summarized. Part 5th studies the excellent experience of foreign governments in responding to self-media network public opinion. Perfect our country government to deal with the tactics of self-media network public opinion.
