网络大数据应用的过程模型建构及数据问题分析

【摘要】：[目的 /意义]从理论层面研究网络大数据应用的目标、过程和存在的数据问题。为厘清网络大数据应用各个环节的内在机理提供分析依据。[方法 /过程]首先依据DIKWA链条,提出网络大数据应用的目标;其次,分析网络大数据应用的环节和基本阶段,建构应用过程模型;最后,分析在应用过程中会遇到的数据问题。[结果/结论]网络大数据应用的目标为实现知识发现和提供决策支持;网络大数据应用包含采集、组织、处理、转换、利用5个环节和数据开放、数据保管和数据使用3个基本阶段;数据应用过程中会存在着数据过剩和知识贫乏的问题,因此需要明晰数据识别和传播时出现的失真与自净的规律特征,理解基于知识螺旋实现的知识发现与增长的基本原理。
