旧关系与新组织:从《时务报》看中国同人报的内在困局

【摘要】：以《时务报》的迅速建成和内部纷争为个案,探究何以在近代中国社会的格局与秩序下,同人报刊往往会陷于规则的困境。概而言之,同道即同人,既是同人报刊得以建立和维系的重要支撑,同时又会导致虽有互助之“公”,却难立体制之“公共”。在这样的运转架构下,只要同事间产生纠葛,就几乎必然导致和他们既以人脉关系链接,更于其中亲疏有差的大批同人的不断卷入。在时务报馆同事的纠纷中,同道中人不断地或是被动牵扯,或是主动过问,乃至于席卷了几乎整个维新阵营,甚至整个士林,乃至从维新设计之争蜕变成赤裸裸的人事倾轧。
[Abstract]:Taking the rapid establishment and internal disputes of the "time Affairs newspaper" as an example, this paper explores why, under the structure and order of modern Chinese society, the newspapers and periodicals of the same people often fall into the dilemma of rules. In short, the same way is the same person. This is not only an important support for the establishment and maintenance of newspapers and periodicals, but at the same time, it will lead to the "public" of mutual assistance, but it is difficult to establish a "public" in three dimensions. Under such a framework of operation, as long as there are disputes among colleagues, It will almost certainly lead to the constant involvement of a large number of people who are not only connected with each other, but also involved in a large number of people with whom they are not close enough. In the disputes between colleagues of the time and newspaper offices, the same people are constantly or passively involved in, or actively involved in, their own affairs. Even engulfed almost the entire reform camp, even the entire Schilling, even from the reform of design into a naked human conflict.
