澳大利亚的信息治理能力构建研究与启示

【摘要】：【目的/意义】深化对信息治理的理论认识与实践经验的理解有助于指导数字转型期的信息管理实践。【方法/过程】本文将以文本分析与案例研究的方法梳理澳大利亚信息治理的相关政策与最佳实践,从而从文化培育、环境建设、制度设计以及系统开发与应用方面呈现信息治理能力如何构建。【结果/结论】通过分析,本文提出我国信息治理能力构建的主要方面为:以社会治理与创新政府建设为框架、基于国情部署信息治理式顶层设计、推进信息资源管理的数字转型。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] deepening the understanding of the theory and practical experience of information governance is helpful to guide the information management practice in the digital transformation period. [method / process] this paper will comb Australia with the method of text analysis and case study. Relevant policies and best practices in information governance in Nigeria, Thus, how to construct the ability of information governance from the aspects of culture cultivation, environment construction, system design and system development and application. [results / conclusions] through analysis, This paper puts forward that the main aspects of the construction of information governance ability in China are as follows: based on the framework of social governance and innovative government, the top-level design of information governance should be deployed on the basis of national conditions, and the digital transformation of information resource management will be promoted.
