网络学术信息传播效果评估研究

【摘要】:随着互联网的发展,学术信息传播有了新的平台。学术信息传播的模式也发生了改变。学术信息的传播模式经历了从古代的人际传播模式到大众传播模式再到今天的网络传播模式的阶段。这种传播方式的改变推动学术信息传播向高质量、高效率发展。但是面对海量的学术信息,我们真伪难辨。如果读者不加分析直接利用,会产生严重的后果。所以,网络学术信息传播评估便显得日益重要起来,它对于如何有效地利用网络学术信息资源,使高质量的学术资源为学者所用有着重要意义。网络学术信息传播效果以及如何对网络学术信息传播效果进行评估,这不仅是网络信息传播领域的一个重要理论问题,也是网络学术信息传播发展中迫切需要解决的实践问题。以往的评价体系主要围绕文献计量学实现的指标展开衡量评价,对于广大研究学者反馈信息方面的收集并不予以重视。当前研究专家相对较少,很多交叉学科专家评审方面难以寻找到适合的专家展开。其中很多专家都处于人情关系层面上落实相关意见,展开的评价结果无法体现出应有的科学性、无法体现出应有的真实性。不管是何种学术信息,最终面向多信息接受者便是最终的消费者,是学术信息的读者,其的数量相比于其他专家人数要更多,并且对于学术信息的感兴趣程度也有所不同,并且一般对于期刊质量方面的评价相对客观。在人工条件下该项工作难以落实,并且存在一定局限。通过互联网技术将存在的局限予以打破,更好地通过互联网技术为学术信息接收方提供更为便利的信息反馈平台,通过平台更好地了解学术信息接收方对学术信息的评价与阅读情况,进一步结合定性分析与定量分析,进一步对网络学术信息展开评价,最终得出了通过互联网实现学术信息的传播具备一定可行性。随着科学技术的蓬勃发展,计算机科技的日渐成熟,人们越来越多的把自己的观点和看法通过网络途径来进行交流,并逐渐成为了一种最流行的交流形式。博客、论坛和电商网站这些典型的互联网用户交流平台上产生了大量用户参与的评论信息,这些评论对于用户都是有价值的。这些评论信息直接表达了用户肯定或否定的态度。但是这些海量的信息及评论让用户在浏览时产生了干扰。越来越多的学术信息在我们坚定其有效性时会花费大量的时间。比如,学者在网络上获取学术类信息时,其他用户的评论和留言就会对其提供参考意见和建议。本文中对网络学术信息传播效果提出了评价模型,对这些评论文本的挖掘分析其能够对本文中所提到的传播效果的正负向传播分析起到关键的作用。对这些学术信息评论进行挖掘对于作者和读者意义重大。基于此,提出了基于情感词典的情感倾向分析。并在获取知网词典的基础上构建了网络情感词典,对基础词典进行完善和补充。从而基于组构的词典来进行情感倾向分析,并进行实验。
[Abstract]:With the development of the Internet, the spread of academic information with the new platform. The dissemination of academic information mode has changed. The academic information communication mode experienced from ancient mode of interpersonal communication to mass communication mode to the network communication mode in today's stage. This mode of transmission change to promote the dissemination of academic information to the high quality high efficiency, development. Therefore, the network information dissemination of academic assessment becomes increasingly important, for how to effectively use the network academic information resources, make high quality academic resources used by scholars the important meaning of network communication. The evaluation system mainly focuses on the bibliometric indicators to measure the implementation of evaluation, for the majority of researchers collected information feedback is not paid attention to. In human relations on the level of implementation of the relevant views, the evaluation results can not reflect the scientific nature, cannot reflect the truth should be. No matter what kind of academic information, the information receiver is ultimately for the final consumer, academic information reader, compared to the number of in the number of other experts are more, and for the academic information of interest to different extent, and generally for quality issue The relatively objective evaluation. Under artificial conditions the work is difficult to implement, and has certain limitations. There will be through the Internet technology to break the limitation, the better for the academic information receiver provides a more convenient platform for information feedback through Internet technology, through a better understanding of the academic information platform evaluation of academic information and reading further, combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, further evaluation of the academic information network, and finally through the Internet for the dissemination of academic information has certain feasibility. More and more academic information on the effectiveness of our firm will spend a lot of time. The network academic information dissemination effect evaluation model is proposed. The mining of these text analysis of the positive and negative comments to the mentioned communication effect to spread analysis plays a key role. The academic information review mining for authors and readers of great significance. Based on this, puts forward the situation based on sentiment dictionary Based on the acquisition of HowNet dictionary, a network sentiment dictionary is built, which improves and complements the basic dictionaries. Based on the structure dictionary, we analyze the emotion tendency and carry out experiments.
