【摘要】:流言是一种广泛而又普遍的传播现象。在人类社会的发展历史中,自从出现传播媒介开始,在各种传播媒介中的流言就一直以不断产生、传播、扩散甚至变形的形式而存在着。对于流言,有很多学者都对其进行了全面而又有一定针对性的定义和界定。而在当今各种媒体极速发展、新媒体风生水起的时代,微博作为一种新生代的网络媒体在当今每分每秒都在产生新信息、每时每刻都有人有了解新信息的需求这个大背景下应运而生,满足了媒介受众时时刻刻获取新信息的需求,也为大众提供了自媒体平台,使他们可以以自我为中心,向满足其传播需求的受众提供他们自己产出和参与传播的信息。而流言往往掺杂在这些微博消息之中,在微博这个特定的传播媒介中,逐渐成为一种新的信息传播形态——微博流言。这种一定程度上异于传统人际流言的流言,其表现形态也根据微博用户的操作习惯不同,进而产生了分化。微博流言在微博这个有着一定独特性和代表性的传播媒介中,显现出了其特定的传播特点:微博流言的来源和发布形式多样;传播群体和社会群体相似地分化而成多个层次;不同微博用户群体之间的传播特征差异化明显,以及微博注册门槛低、发布操作便捷等特点所导致的一系列不可控效果。和传统的人际流言相比,在新的时代背景下,微博流言的传播过程呈现出了更加标新立异的新形态:微博流言的传播原因与流言本身的特点、针对的对象、以及可能涉及到的利益链条有着一定关系;微博流言的传播形式也根据微博用户的身份不同而产生了多种明显的分化以及差异;微博流言的传播效果根据微博流言的属性、波及面和针对受众的不同,也可分为多种情况来解释分析。微博流言虽然是微博传播平台中的一种常见的传播现象,但其在无序和混乱的情况下非常容易产生负面、难以控制的社会影响,因此应从涉及到微博消息影响和监管的方面对微博流言进行适当的引导控制。不仅微博官方方面需要响应国家的相关规定、利用自身优势和权限来进行一定的硬性管理,而且在微博用户方面也应该采取恰当有效的疏导方式,从社会观念上来对于微博用户甚至网民进行习惯乃至观念的规范与革新。只有从国家、社会、传播媒介等宏观层面到微博用户个人的微观层面齐心协力,才能为控制和规范微博流言的传播、共同营造良好有序的微博乃至信息传播环境提供一定程度上的可能。

Weibo, as a new generation of network media, is producing new information every minute every second. Under the background of the need for people to understand new information every minute and every moment, Weibo has emerged as the times require to meet the needs of the media audience to obtain new information all the time. It also provides the public with a self-contained media platform that allows them to focus on themselves and provide their own output and information to audiences who meet their communication needs. And gossip is often mixed in with these Weibo messages. In Weibo, a specific medium of communication, it has gradually become a new form of information dissemination-Weibo gossip. To some extent, this kind of gossip is different from that of traditional interpersonal gossip, and its performance forms are also different according to the operational habits of Weibo users. In the medium with certain uniqueness and representativeness, the gossip of Weibo shows its special communication characteristics: the source and the form of publication of the rumor of Weibo are various; The communication groups and social groups are divided into many levels similar to each other; the difference in communication characteristics between different Weibo user groups is obvious, and the threshold for the registration of Weibo is low. A series of uncontrollable effects caused by the convenience of publishing operations. Compared with traditional human gossip, in the new era, The spreading process of Weibo's gossip presents a new and more innovative form: the cause of the spread of the rumor has a certain relationship with the characteristics of the gossip itself, the object of the rumor, and the interest chain that may be involved; Weibo has also produced many kinds of obvious differentiation and differences in the form of dissemination of gossip according to the identity of the user of Weibo. The effect of the spread of the rumor of Weibo is based on the attributes of the rumor, the spread of the rumor, and the difference in the scope of the rumor and for the audience. It can also be divided into a variety of situations to explain and analyze. Although Weibo gossip is a common communication phenomenon in Weibo's communication platform, it is very easy to produce negative and uncontrollable social effects in disorderly and chaotic situations. Therefore, we should conduct appropriate guidance and control over Weibo gossip from aspects related to the influence and supervision of Weibo's news. Not only the official aspect of Weibo needs to respond to the relevant regulations of the state and make use of its own advantages and powers to carry out certain hard management. In addition, Weibo users should also adopt appropriate and effective ways of grooming and regulating and innovating the habits and concepts of Weibo users and even Internet users from a social perspective. Only from the country and society, In order to control and standardize the spread of Weibo rumors and create a good and orderly Weibo and even information dissemination environment, it is possible to make concerted efforts from macro media and other macro levels to the micro level of Weibo users in order to provide a certain degree of possibility.
