【摘要】:每个人的自由全面发展是我国社会建设的最高目标,其实现途径就是要实现人人平等,人人平等首先是性别平等。性别平等不是哪个性别更强更弱,而是在尊重两性差异的前提下的区别性待遇,承认并尊重女性的价值和付出,给予倾斜性待遇,方为体现公平。自1995年在北京召开的第四次世界妇女大会以来,随着新媒体的迅猛发展,全世界都关注到媒介传播对女性形象与地位的影响十分巨大,由此引发了国内对于媒介与性别的相关研究热潮,新媒体与性别平等教育逐渐成为思想政治教育研究的一部分,如何利用新媒体进行性别平等教育成为新的关注点。但是由于新媒体时代信息量巨大、信息内容纷繁芜杂,给人接收信息的思维方式带来极大影响,人们对于媒介信息的接收方式也产生了由被动的、有限的选择到主动的、多样化选择的变化。在新媒体便捷高效传播特点的背后也给性别平等意识的传播和性别平等教育的开展带来了机遇和挑战。一方面,新媒体为性别平等的传播提供了多样化方式,为性别平等教育内容和形式提供了丰富的选择;另一方面,由于我国大众整体的素质水平还有待提高,新媒体为了在激烈的竞争中谋求发展,就必须迎合最广大受众的需求,产生了将低俗、色情、娱民等内容遍布传播到大小角落的现象,从而在潜移默化中无意识的产生了对受众的性别观念影响。综上所述,研究新媒体与性别平等教育具有重要意义。基于新媒体发展过程中出现的问题,就要求我们加强对新媒体传播内容的监督与管控,加强性别平等教育理论研究,深入开展全民性别平等意识培养。本文概括总结了我国新媒体与性别平等教育问题的选题背景和意义,系统归纳出了性别平等的概念、价值内涵和性别平等教育的重要性,论述了新媒体的发展及新媒体与性别平等的关系。针对我国性别不平等发展的现状,从传统性别文化影响、新媒体发展过度商业化、性别审查机制不健全以及性别平等的意识淡薄四个方面,分析了新媒体传播存在的性别不平等现象及其成因。从全面开展性别平等教育、改进文化与媒体融合的方式、传媒业性别平等意识提升与行业自律、政府媒介监管机制、全民自媒体的自我教育五个大方面分析对策,即从媒体人到全民的自我性别平等意识培养与回归应用角度,消除性别不平等现象。文末针对全文核心内容进行了总结和概括,明确了今后努力的方向。
[Abstract]:The highest goal of our country's social construction is the free and all-round development of everyone. The way to realize it is to realize the equality of all people, and the equality of everyone is first of all gender equality.Gender equality is not which gender is stronger and weaker, but the differential treatment under the premise of respecting gender differences, recognizing and respecting the value and giving of women, giving preferential treatment, which is the embodiment of equity.Since the fourth World Conference on Women, held in Beijing in 1995, with the rapid development of new media, the world has been concerned about the enormous impact of media communication on the image and status of women.The new media and gender equality education gradually become a part of ideological and political education research, how to use new media for gender equality education becomes a new focus.However, because of the huge amount of information and numerous information contents in the new media era, it has brought great influence to the way of thinking people receive information, and people have also produced passive, limited choice to the active way of receiving media information.A variety of choices.Behind the characteristics of convenient and efficient communication of new media, it also brings opportunities and challenges to the dissemination of gender equality awareness and the development of gender equality education.On the one hand, the new media has provided a variety of ways for the dissemination of gender equality, and a rich choice for the content and form of gender equality education; on the other hand, since the overall quality of the masses in our country has yet to be improved,In order to seek development in the fierce competition, the new media must cater to the needs of the largest audience, resulting in the phenomenon of spreading vulgar, pornographic, entertainment and other contents to the corners of the large and small.As a result, the influence of gender concept on the audience is produced unconsciously in the process of imperceptible change.To sum up, the study of new media and gender equality education is of great significance.Based on the problems in the development of new media, we need to strengthen the supervision and control of the content of new media communication, strengthen the theoretical research of gender equality education, and further develop the awareness of gender equality of the whole people.This paper summarizes the background and significance of the topic selection of new media and gender equality education in China, systematically summarizes the concept of gender equality, value connotation and importance of gender equality education.This paper discusses the development of new media and the relationship between new media and gender equality.In view of the current situation of the development of gender inequality in China, there are four aspects: the influence of traditional gender culture, the excessive commercialization of new media development, the imperfect mechanism of gender review and the weak awareness of gender equality.This paper analyzes the gender inequality in new media communication and its causes.This paper analyzes the countermeasures from five aspects: developing gender equality education in an all-round way, improving the way of culture and media amalgamation, raising the awareness of gender equality in the media industry and self-discipline of the industry, the mechanism of government media supervision, and the self-education of the mass media.That is, from the media to the whole people's self-awareness of gender equality training and return to the perspective of application, to eliminate gender inequality.At the end of the paper, the author summarizes and generalizes the core contents of the paper, and clarifies the direction of future efforts.
