【摘要】：构建现代传播体系,推动传统媒体和新兴媒体融合,是现代传媒事业发展的基本趋势,也是主流媒体掌握网络时代话语权的必由之路。新闻客户端是传统媒体在媒体融合的大背景下探索自身新发展的路径之一,是研究媒介融合问题的重要切入点。本文主要探讨《内蒙古日报》旗下汉文新闻客户端的发展问题与现状,研究省级媒体客户端存在的问题及对策。《内蒙古日报》的融媒体建设在自治区省级党报中属第一阵营,近年来,非常注重客户端的建设与发展,形成了 "内蒙古" "大草原""纵横新闻"三大汉文客户端。本文一方面通过分析国内主流媒体尤其是省级党报新闻客户端,如"人民日报""澎湃新闻""今贵州"等客户端的发展现状,来找到可以借鉴的地方;另一方面深入研究《内蒙古日报》汉文客户端改革过程中在技术升级、内容建设、流程再造以及打造媒体融合编辑部、融媒体平台、中央厨房等创新机制方面的成果和存在的不足。通过研究发现,《内蒙古日报》汉文客户端还处于发展的初级阶段,在人才、资金、组织机构、技术、内容、机制等方面都存在提升空间,在紧盯前沿技术发展的同时,要以机制创新为动力,注重内容的重要性。推动媒介融合发展不仅仅要在技术平台提升和内容新颖度上下功夫,还必须要打开创新思路,打破传统格局,推动内核裂变,才能最终达到资源整合,打造特有品牌。
