【摘要】:《青年实话》是共青团苏区中央局的机关报,也称为少共中央局的机关报。1931年7月1日,《青年实话》于江西龙岗创刊,至1934年9月30日红军长征前夕停刊,一共出版113期。《青年实话》是江西苏区四大报刊之一,它不仅在介绍国内外革命局势、宣传与动员革命、探讨工作原则与工作方法等方面作出了重要贡献,又尤其在对苏区精神的传播上产生了重要影响。2011年11月4日,习近平明确提出以坚定信念、求真务实、一心为民、清正廉洁、艰苦奋斗、无私奉献、争创一流八个方面为内涵的苏区精神,在《青年实话》共2164条文字样本中,有1248条在内容上明确体现了对上述内涵的传播,比如传播马克思主义思想与红色革命文化、宣传革命必将取得胜利的坚定信念、宣传实事求是的理论原则与具体方法、强调以群众为核心的工作原则、抨击贪腐和官僚作风、动员苏区人民和革命团体发展经济与扩大红军、倡导以竞赛方式组织工作等等。《青年实话》对苏区精神的传播运用了五个方面的传播策略:在传播主体上,《青年实话》建立了一批知名稳定的作者群体,建立了较完备的发行网络;在传播内容上兼具生动、趣味、通俗、鲜明的特点;在传播渠道上通过建立发行网络、行政推广、促销与读报工作进行推广;在传播对象上,以青年群众为主要受众,以红军为重点受众,又以妇女、儿童为延伸受众;在互动与反馈机制上,则通过组织活动、征求与刊载读者来信、登载发行数据来加强与读者的互动交流。《青年实话》对苏区精神的传播活动取得了良好的传播效果,这主要体现为《青年实话》受到了读者的广泛欢迎,它的发行量在最高时期达到了3万份,刊物的影响力得到增强;同时,青年群众积极响应《青年实话》的号召,积极参与到共青团的工作当中;最后,共青团组织的工作方法开始转变,工作效果得以凸显。同时,《青年实话》对苏区精神的传播也存在三个方面的问题:在硬件设施上体现为印刷和发行的不完善;在编辑排版上体现为议题的重复性高且较琐碎;在内容上体现为某些传播活动具有真实性争议。以史为鉴,《青年实话》对苏区精神的传播活动对当代媒介经营具有三方面的启示意义:内容为王是媒介生产的核心原则,传统媒体在新媒体环境下应发挥内容优势;受众需求是调整媒介生产的导向,媒介应在受众与市场之间找到一个平衡点;媒介应具备品牌意识,通过活动组织与营销创造品牌效益。
[Abstract]:"the Truth of Youth" is the organ of the Central Bureau of the Soviet Central Bureau of the Communist Youth League, also known as the mouthpiece of the Central Bureau of the less Communist Party. On July 1, 1931, "the Truth of Youth" was founded in Longgang, Jiangxi, and ceased publication on the eve of the Red Army's long March on September 30, 1934. A total of 113 issues have been published. Truth of Youth is one of the four major newspapers and periodicals in the Soviet area of Jiangxi Province. Taking history as a mirror, "Youth Truth" has three enlightenments to modern media management: content is the core principle of media production, and traditional media should give full play to its advantages in the new media environment; Audience demand is the direction of adjusting media production, media should find a balance between audience and market, media should have brand awareness and create brand benefit through activity organization and marketing.
