新媒体信息质量的影响因素研究

【摘要】:随着信息技术的发展,互联网、局域网、无线通讯网、卫星等信息传播渠道不断丰富,媒体形式也在发生着显而易见的转变。新媒体是以网络信息技术为动力,以互联网、局域网、无线通讯网、卫星等为信息传播渠道,以信息门户网站、在线即时通讯、社交网站等为媒介形式,能够不断深化人与人之间的信息关系,且随着网络信息技术的进步而不断发展的信息传播媒介。新媒体的开放性和互联网的匿名性,虽然显著提高了受众的信息参与空间,但也加剧了信息风险,新媒体信息质量现状堪忧。优质信息随着新媒体不断传播的同时,大量劣质信息也随着新媒体信息技术的东风大行其道,新媒体信息质量研究具有一定的现实意义与实践价值。首先,本文明确了新媒体、新媒体信息和新媒体信息质量的基本概念和特征,界定了新媒体信息质量和传统媒体信息质量的区别,判定了优质信息与劣质信息的内涵。其次,本文通过认知-情感理论,认识信息受众在新媒体信息质量管理中扮演的重要角色;通过超Y理论,了解政府和新媒体平台的管理模式对新媒体信息质量的作用;通过“把关人”理论,明确了信息受众、新媒体平台和政府是新媒体信息的“把关人”;结合认知-情感理论、超Y理论和“把关人”理论,把握环境氛围对新媒体信息质量的影响。第三,本文基于扎根理论,立足于248篇新媒体信息质量相关的原始材料,采用Strauss的三步扎根理论编码方法,逐步进行开放性编码,主轴编码和选择性编码,寻找新媒体信息质量的影响因素,并探索他们之间的影响路径,构建新媒体信息质量的影响因素模型。第四,本文立足于扎根理论的研究结果,设计并发放问卷,通过回归分析,中介效应检验和调节效应检验对初始模型进行了简单的定量分析。研究结果显示,环境、管理力度和信息素养是新媒体信息质量的影响因素,涵盖了新媒体信息产生与传播的方方面面,对新媒体信息质量起着重要的作用。新媒体信息质量影响因素之间的关系显示,环境能够对信息质量产生直接的积极影响,也能够通过管理力度和信息素养对信息质量产生间接影响;管理力度和信息素养对信息质量具有显著而直接的积极影响;当政府和新媒体平台管理力度增强,信息素养对环境的依赖降低,而对信息质量的促进作用增强。最终,本文根据前文研究结论,分别从新媒体信息环境管理机制的建立健全、新媒体信息素养管理机制的建立健全和新媒体信息受众信息素养的自主提高三方面提出建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, the Internet, local area network, wireless communication network, satellite and other information dissemination channels are constantly rich, media forms are also taking place obvious changes. The new media is driven by network information technology, with the Internet, local area network, wireless communication network, satellite and so on as the information dissemination channel, with the information portal website, on-line instant communication, social network and so on as the media form. The information media which can deepen the information relationship between people and develop continuously with the progress of network information technology. The openness of the new media and the anonymity of the Internet, although significantly improve the audience's information participation space, but also aggravate the information risk, new media information quality is worrying. With the continuous dissemination of high quality information, a large number of inferior information is also popular with the new media information technology. The research on the quality of new media information has certain practical significance and practical value. Firstly, this paper defines the basic concepts and characteristics of new media, new media information and new media information quality, defines the difference between new media information quality and traditional media information quality, and determines the connotation of high quality information and inferior information. Secondly, through the theory of cognitive-emotion, this paper recognizes the important role that the information audience plays in the management of the new media information quality, and through the super Y theory, we understand the role of the government and the management mode of the new media platform on the new media information quality. Through the "gatekeeper" theory, it is clear that the information audience, the new media platform and the government are the gatekeepers of the new media information, and combined with the cognitive-emotion theory, the super-Y theory and the "gatekeeper" theory, Grasp the impact of environmental atmosphere on the quality of new media information. Thirdly, based on the rooted theory and the original materials related to the quality of 248 new media information, this paper adopts Strauss's three-step rooted theory coding method to carry out open coding, spindle coding and selective coding step by step. To find the influencing factors of information quality of new media, and to explore the influence path between them, and to construct the model of influencing factors of information quality of new media. Fourthly, based on the research results of rooted theory, this paper designs and issues questionnaires, and makes a simple quantitative analysis of the initial model through regression analysis, intermediary effect test and adjustment effect test. The results show that the environment, management and information literacy are the influence factors of the new media information quality, covering all aspects of the new media information generation and dissemination, and play an important role in the new media information quality. The relationship between the influencing factors of new media information quality shows that the environment can have a direct positive impact on the information quality, but also can indirectly affect the information quality through the management strength and information literacy; Management and information literacy have a significant and direct positive impact on the quality of information. When the government and new media platform management is strengthened, the dependence of information literacy on the environment is reduced, and the promotion of information quality is enhanced. Finally, according to the previous research conclusions, this paper respectively from the establishment of new media information environment management mechanism, new media information literacy management mechanism and new media information literacy of the independent improvement of three aspects of the recommendations.
