传播学视域下健康类电视节目发展研究

【摘要】:健康是每个人的基本权利,健康是全社会关注的话题。随着国民经济的飞速发展,社会竞争压力的不断增大,人们生活节奏日益加快,加之空气污染越来越严重,高血压、高血脂、心脏病、糖尿病、冠心病以及各种癌症等危及到人们的生命健康;同时,失眠、疲劳、厌食、厌世、抑郁、自闭、紧张恐慌、精神恍惚等各种亚健康正在逐渐侵蚀着人们的身心。在这样大环境下,健康类电视节目日益丰富,人们的健康理念得到了前所未有的重视,健康话题随之进入更高的层面。健康类电视节目为了满足受众的不同需求,实现更好的传播效果,笔者在文中将对健康类电视节目与大众传播的关系进行深入思考和剖析。在目前状况下,我国医疗体制中存在着诸多问题,医疗资源比较有限,因而人们对医疗资源和健康信息的需求,在短期内很难及时满足,而健康类电视节目,对于医药知识的普及、对于疾病的预防与救治等给予广泛宣传。本文基于传播学理论,以健康类电视节目为研究对象,重点将健康信息的传播和《健康之路》栏目案例相结合,采用文献研究法、问卷调查法等,分析其节目特色,挖掘传播价值,为健康类电视节目的发展提供策略。文章首先阐释了选题的背景及意义,分析了当前国内外研究现状,并对传播和传播学的内涵进行了界定,对健康类电视节目的内涵、传播职责及传播价值进行了诠释。其次,对我国健康类电视节目的发展历程进行了纵向梳理,分析总结,包括蹒跚起步萌芽期、惨遭重创停滞期、文革之后复苏期、深化改革繁荣期四个阶段。再次,又深入分析了目前健康类电视节目在传播过程中存在的各种问题,如从内容到形式及嘉宾的高度同质化,从虚假广告泛滥到伪专家屡见不鲜的严重商业化,从追求可看性到到内容怪异低俗的过度娱乐化等,这些问题的存在,污染了电视传播环境,造成了严重的不良影响。接着,文章以创办20年来久经不衰的央视科教频道《健康之路》栏目为案例,在传播学理论指导下,对栏目概况、传播主体、传播方式、传播内容等做了深入细致的分析研究,探索其优势特色及为健康类电视节目所做出的贡献。最后从传播者、传播渠道、传播信息三个方面提出了健康类电视节目的发展策略。通过对以上内容的研究和分析,笔者希望能够对今后健康类电视节目的传播效果有进一步提升,对我国健康类电视节目的改进与发展有所促进,使得电视媒介更好地传播健康信息,引导观众树立正确的健康理念,在日常生活中形成健康行为,进而提高国民整体素质,提升人民幸福指数。
[Abstract]:Health is the basic right of everyone, and health is a topic of concern to the whole society. With the rapid development of the national economy and the increasing pressure of social competition, the pace of life of people is accelerating day by day, and the air pollution is becoming more and more serious, high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia, heart disease, diabetes, At the same time, insomnia, fatigue, anorexia, depression, autistic, nervous panic, trance and other sub-health are gradually eroding people's body and mind. In such a big environment, health TV programs are increasingly rich, people's health concept has been paid more attention than ever, and the topic of health has entered a higher level. In order to meet the different needs of the audience and achieve better communication effect, the author will deeply consider and analyze the relationship between the health TV programs and mass communication in this paper. In the current situation, there are many problems in our medical system, medical resources are relatively limited, so people's demand for medical resources and health information is difficult to meet in a short period of time, and health TV programs, For the popularization of medical knowledge, for disease prevention and treatment to give wide publicity. Based on the theory of communication, this paper takes the health TV program as the research object, mainly combines the health information dissemination with the case of "the healthy way" column, and analyzes its program characteristics by using the method of literature research and questionnaire investigation, etc. Excavate the dissemination value, provide the strategy for the development of the health TV program. This paper first explains the background and significance of the topic, analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, defines the connotation of communication and communication, and interprets the connotation, communication duty and communication value of health TV programs. Secondly, the development process of health TV programs in China is analyzed and summarized, including four stages: the budding period, the stagnant period, the reviving period after the Cultural Revolution, the four stages of deepening the reform and prosperity. Thirdly, it deeply analyzes all kinds of problems existing in the process of spreading health TV programs, such as the high homogeneity of contents to forms and guests, from false advertisements to the serious commercialization of false experts. From the pursuit of objectiveness to the excessive entertainment of weird and vulgar content, the existence of these problems pollutes the environment of television dissemination and causes serious adverse effects. Then, taking the column of the Science and Education Channel of CCTV, "the Road to Health", which has been established for 20 years, as a case study, under the guidance of the theory of communication, the article makes a thorough and detailed analysis and study of the general situation of the column, the main body of communication, the way of communication, the content of communication, etc. Explore its advantages and its contribution to health TV programs. Finally, the development strategies of health TV programs are put forward from three aspects: communicator, communication channel and information dissemination. Through the research and analysis of the above contents, the author hopes to further improve the communication effect of the health TV programs in the future, and promote the improvement and development of the health TV programs in our country. The TV media can spread health information better, guide the audience to set up the correct health concept, form healthy behavior in daily life, and then improve the overall quality of the people and raise the people's happiness index.
