【摘要】:伴随着智能终端和高速移动网络的普及,我国的移动媒体在近几年呈现蓬勃发展之势。而网民结构的变化也使移动端的内容创业从野蛮生长期迅速过渡到秩序化竞争阶段。随着互联网上的内容持续快速地增加,人们个性化的内容诉求逐渐觉醒,从对信息“量”的追逐转变为对优质、精准内容的渴求。这种转变促使着移动媒体不断改进其内容整合、分发的具体模式。基于移动网络发展的实际形势,我国移动媒体在内容处理方式上大致经历了三个阶段的变迁:在移动网络诞生伊始,移动媒体沿用传统媒体的模式,依赖传媒从业者进行专业的内容采集与分发,记者与编辑仍然是内容领域的绝对主宰;继而随着社交媒体的勃兴,移动传媒领域的内容格局经历了第一次重大的改变——UGC取代专业的媒介内容生产,成为互联网上主要的内容来源,而社交关系则成为内容分发中的核心要素;而当大数据时代全面到来,人工与社交都难以应对互联网上庞杂的内容,人工智能技术开始成为移动媒体处理内容的最佳选择。在大量的实际操作体验和专家访谈的基础上,本对人工智能的“机器聚合——算法分发”模式的工作原理、技术特征进行详细介绍。人工智能的内容整合模式充分体现了“大数据思维”和“互联网思维”:这种模式通过“爬虫”技术聚合互联网上不同来源的内容,打破了媒体间的界限,充分保证了内容的丰富性;通过“算法”技术,一方面对海量内容进行筛选鉴定,另一方面通过分析用户的媒介使用行为对每个人的内容需求进行识别,再将用户的兴趣标签与内容标签进行精确地匹配,从而实现内容的精准分发。人工智能内容整合、分发模式很好地解决了大数据环境下移动媒体所面临的繁琐的信息处理问题,将传媒从业者从大量繁重而低等的内容识别工作中解放出来;这一模式从用户的兴趣偏好和内容需求出发,改变了以往媒体讯息“千人一面”的消极形态,满足了主动型用户的内容诉求,并以其便捷性实现了对用户的服务与解放。基于传播学、社会心理学的专业理论,对人工智能的内容整合、分发模式进行辩证研究。一方面,该模式革新了移动媒体领域的信息处理方式,在提高传播效率、释放长尾信息价值、满足用户个性化信息需求以及重构信息环境等方面具有显见的优势,有利于激发内容创业领域的活力,为人文与公益活动提供了丰富的可能性。但另一方面,内容整合、分发模式在技术上仍有局限之处,若不加以必要的人工干预,被其过度迎合的用户将陷入孤立的“信息茧房”之中,正常的群体传播、人际交往也将受到影响;此外,因人工智能技术本身不具有价值取向,仅依赖机器的筛选识别媒体也很难对内容的真伪、优劣进行充分“把关”,信息污染将难以避免。产业发展,理念先行。表面上看,移动媒体内容整合、分发模式的变迁是移动媒体甚至传统媒体在内容处理方式和信息呈现形式上的一种技术探索,但这种变迁背后最核心的逻辑,事实上是传媒观念的转变。移动媒体内容整合、分发模式的变迁对媒介生态的发展具有重大的启示意义。我国传媒产业的发展应从四个方面着手,树立正确的发展观念:一是要革新受众观,实现从“受众”到“用户”的理念转型;二是要正视技术创新对媒介发展的重要作用,大力推动媒介技术的进步;三是要明确发展路径,树立融媒思维,努力实现媒介资源共享;四是要坚持优质内容导向和正确的价值观念导向,始终做到科学引导舆论。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of intelligent terminals and high-speed mobile networks, mobile media in our country has been developing vigorously in recent years. The change of Internet users' structure has also made the mobile terminal start from the barbaric growth period to the stage of competition. As the content of the Internet continues to increase rapidly, people's personalized content demands Gradually awakening, from the pursuit of information "quantity" to the desire for high quality and precise content, this transformation has prompted the mobile media to constantly improve its content integration and the specific distribution pattern. Based on the actual situation of mobile network development, China's mobile media has undergone roughly three stages of changes in content processing: in mobile networks At the beginning of the network, the mobile media used the traditional media model, relying on the media practitioners to collect and distribute the professional content. Journalists and editors are still the absolute domination of the content field. With the flourishing of social media, the content pattern in the field of mobile media has undergone a major change - UGC replaced the medium of the professional media. Capacity production has become the main source of content on the Internet, and social relations have become the core elements of content distribution. When the big data era is all round, it is difficult to deal with the complex content on the Internet. Artificial intelligence technology has become the best choice for the content of mobile media processing. On the basis of interviews with experts, this paper introduces the working principles and technical features of the "machine aggregation - algorithm distribution" model of artificial intelligence. The content integration model of artificial intelligence fully embodies "big data thinking" and "Internet thinking": this model has passed "Crawler" technology to aggregate different sources on the Internet. Content, break the boundaries between the media, fully guarantee the richness of the content; through the "algorithm" technology, on the one hand, the mass content of the screening and identification, on the other hand, by analyzing the user's media use behavior to identify the content of each person's needs, and then the user's interest labels and content labels accurately match, from In order to realize the accurate distribution of content, the integration of artificial intelligence content and distribution pattern have solved the cumbersome information processing problems facing mobile media in the large data environment, and liberate the media practitioners from a large number of heavy and low content recognition work; this model changes from the user's interest preference and content demand. In the past, the negative form of "a thousand people" has met the content demands of the active users and realizes the service and emancipation of the users with their convenience. Based on the professional theory of communication and social psychology, the content integration and distribution pattern of artificial intelligence are studied dialectically. On the one hand, the model has innovated the mobile media. The way of information processing in the field has obvious advantages in improving the transmission efficiency, releasing the value of the long tail information, meeting the user's personalized information demand and reconstructing the information environment. It is beneficial to stimulate the vitality of the field of content entrepreneurship and provide a rich possibility for the humanities and public welfare activities. On the other hand, the content integration and distribution pattern are on the other hand. There are still limitations in technology. If the necessary manual intervention is not made, the users who are overly catered to it will fall into the isolated "information cocoon room", the normal group transmission, and the interpersonal communication will be affected. In addition, because the artificial intelligence technology itself does not have the value orientation, it is difficult to rely on the screening and identification media only on the machine. True and false, the advantages and disadvantages of the full "check", information pollution will be difficult to avoid. Industry development, concept first. On the surface, the integration of mobile media content, distribution mode changes are the mobile media and the traditional media in the form of content processing and information presentation of a technical exploration, but the most core logic behind this change, things In fact, the media concept has changed. The integration of mobile media content and the change of distribution pattern have great enlightenment to the development of media ecology. The development of China's media industry should start from four aspects and set up a correct concept of development: one is to innovate the audience view and realize the transformation from "the audience" to "the user"; and the two is to be positive. In view of the important role of technological innovation in the development of media, we should vigorously promote the progress of media technology. Three, we should clear the path of development, set up the thinking of media and make efforts to realize the sharing of media resources; four, we should adhere to the guidance of quality content and correct guidance of values, and always make scientific guidance to public opinion.
