口语传播视域下理工类高校播音主持艺术专业发展研究

【摘要】:中国的播音主持艺术专业教育,经过了五十多年的发展历程。构建了从本科到博士整套的教学体系。不仅在广播电视学领域、艺术学领域和新闻学领域有着广泛的影响,而且还拓展到口语传播和大众传播等相关领域。目前我国很多非艺术类高校都开设了播音主持艺术专业,整个学科的发展呈现出“空前绝后”的过热态势。关于理工类高校开设播音主持艺术专业一直以来都存在争议,例如:过度注重外部技巧,理论基础薄弱,学术视野局限,人才培养类型区分不明显,毕业生就业目标单一。这些专业发展中存在的问题笔者将从口语传播学的视角为切入点进行研究,尝试分析问题产生的原因,并结合理工类高校特点提出解决的策略。文章的绪论部分,主要对研究的选题背景、意义和目的进行阐述。通过对文献和相关书籍材料的研究,梳理了国内外学者对于该领域研究的最新成果。同时还阐述了具体的研究方法和主要内容,最后说明了研究的难点以及创新点。第二章对相关概念的发展过程进行了概述,通过对文献的研究整理,阐述了播音主持艺术专业发展的历程,从延安新华广播电台的诞生一直到包括理工类高校在内的全国范围学科群的建立。以及口语传播发展的历史沿革,从古罗马古希腊时期关于演讲理论和方法的研究一直到美国高校口语传播学的建立。系统对比两个学科的发展概况,可以为理工类高校播音主持艺术专业培养学生口语传播能力提供改革的依据和参考。第三章在理解口语传播学的历史和发展现状的基础上,从构成要素、教学目标、课程结构三个方面界定了口语传播学的概念,对学科定位更加准确。同时也总结了其多学科交叉应用的特征。我们把口语传播的过程视为双向互动的沟通,研究重点是口语传播中信息的产制、信息的接收以及信息的解读,除上述研究内容外,更关注传播过程中所涉及到的修辞与说服,协商与冲突解决等问题。中国传媒大学和世新大学的口语传播教学实践都具有十分重要的参考价值和借鉴意义,口语传播学也在数字时代找到了发展的新方向,为播音主持艺术专业人才培养提供了新思路。第四章以口语传播学为研究基础,分析理工类高校播音主持艺术专业培养口语传播能力的必要性。不仅是学校人才培养的需要同时也是学生自身发展的需要。通过对问卷调查中相关数据的分析,认识到播音主持创作是特殊的口语传播活动,要结合外部的语音条件和内部的语言思维对学生的口语能力情况进行梳理,了解学生对口语传播课程的态度和教学效果的满意度。笔者发现理工类高校播音主持艺术专业培养学生口语传播能力的过程中存在以下几个方面的问题:首先,口语传播课程形式的单一问题。其次,教学实践受到学科特点的局限问题。第三,课外教学途径实施中的阻碍问题。第四,媒体对高层次口语传播人才的需求问题。最后,口语传播人才培养领域中的多元问题。第五章以理工类高校播音主持专业学生语言能力的调查问卷为研究基础,把培养学生口语传播能力作为中心,把强化实践教学作为目标,优化播音主持艺术专业的发展策略。提出要利用现有理工类高校的现有的优势,建立以实操能力为核心的口语传播教育体系,搭建全方位的教学实践平台。让学生就业面向电视台、广播电台以及网络平台的同时,也要多渠道进行选择,包括演讲销售类、商务谈判类、教师培训类等多方向发展。使掌握播音主持理论业务和口语传播能力的毕业生,适应媒介融合的大环境和传媒市场激烈竞争。
[Abstract]:China's Broadcasting and hosting art education, after more than 50 years of development, has built a teaching system from undergraduate to PhD, not only in the field of radio and television, in the field of art and journalism, but also in the fields of oral communication and public communication. The development of the arts colleges and universities has set up the major of broadcasting and hosting art, and the development of the whole subject has been overheated. There have been disputes about the opening and hosting of the art major of science and technology colleges and universities. For example, excessive emphasis on external skills, weak theoretical foundation, limited academic field of vision, and no obvious distinction between talent training types, and so on. The employment goal of the students is single. The problems existing in the development of these specialties will be studied from the perspective of oral communication, and the reasons for the problems are analyzed, and the strategies to solve the problems are put forward in combination with the characteristics of the science and technology universities. The introduction part of the article mainly expounds the background, significance and purpose of the research. The research of literature and related book materials has combed the latest achievements of scholars at home and abroad in this field. At the same time, it also expounds the specific research methods and main contents, and finally explains the difficulties and innovations in the research. The second chapter describes the development process of the related concepts, and expounds the sowing of the literature through the study and arrangement of the literature. The course of the development of the art major is from the birth of the Xinhua radio station in Yanan to the establishment of the national discipline group, including the science and technology colleges and universities, and the history of the development of oral communication. The study on the theory and methods of speech in ancient Greece from ancient Greece to the ancient Greek period of ancient Rome was the establishment of oral communication in American colleges and universities. Comparing the development of the two disciplines, we can provide the basis and reference for the reform of the training of students' oral communication ability in the arts colleges and universities. The third chapter defines the concept of oral communication from the elements, the teaching objectives and the course structure on the basis of the understanding of the history and development of oral communication. It is more accurate for the subject orientation. At the same time, it also summarizes the characteristics of its multidisciplinary interdisciplinary application. We regard the process of communication as a two-way interactive communication. The focus is on the production of information, the reception of information and the interpretation of information in oral communication. In addition to the above research content, we pay more attention to the rhetoric and theory involved in the process of communication. The practice of oral communication in Communication University of China and shinxin university has very important reference value and reference significance. Oral communication has also found a new direction of development in the digital age, and provides new ideas for the training of broadcasting and presiding art professionals. The fourth chapter is the study of oral communication. The basis is to analyze the necessity of training oral communication ability of Art Majors in Polytechnic Colleges and universities. It is not only the need of training school talents but also the needs of students' own development. Through the analysis of relevant data in the questionnaire survey, it is realized that the broadcasting and hosting creation is a special oral communication activity, and it is necessary to combine the external pronunciation bar. In the process of cultivating students' oral communication ability, the author finds that there are several problems in the process of cultivating students' oral communication ability in the art major of science and technology colleges and Universities: first, the form of oral communication course. Second, the teaching practice is limited by the characteristics of the subject. Third, the obstacles in the implementation of the extracurricular teaching approach. Fourth, the demand for the high-level oral communication talents. Finally, the multiple problems in the field of training oral communication talents. In the fifth chapter, the language ability of the professional students is broadcast by the science and technology colleges and universities. The questionnaire is the foundation of the study, taking the training of students' oral communication ability as the center, strengthening the practice teaching as a goal, optimizing the development strategy of broadcasting and hosting art major, and putting forward that we should make use of the existing advantages of the existing science and technology colleges and universities to establish the oral communication education system with practical ability as the core, and build a full range of teaching facts. At the same time, it should be selected in many ways, including speech sales, business negotiation, teacher training and so on. Students who master the broadcasting of theoretical business and oral communication ability adapt to the environment of media integration and the media market. Competition.
