大数据应用于舆论研究的现状与反思

【摘要】:国内大数据应用于舆论的相关研究多是基于实用主义的角度展开,其研究主要集中于为政府或企业舆论应对而进行的对策和策略研究,其包括大数据与舆论的监测、分析和预警;大数据与舆论管理、引导;利用大数据各种具体的方法,如信息热词、百度搜索词等来分析舆论,但其存在着缺乏理论指导等问题。国外大数据应用于舆论的研究特点主要是建立在理论指导下的实证研究,其采用了各种新的手段和方法,并与传统社会科学研究的各种方法相结合,及多从情感角度切入分析舆论。本研究指出未来国内大数据应用于舆论的研究需要有以下方面的改进:议程设置假说等理论需要成为相关研究的指导;多种方法综合应用提高相关研究的信度与效度;通过情感分析促进相关研究。
[Abstract]:Most of the researches on the application of big data to public opinion are based on pragmatism. The research focuses on the countermeasures and strategies for the public opinion of the government or the enterprise, including the monitoring of big data and public opinion. Analysis and warning; big data and public opinion management, guidance; use of various specific methods of big data, such as information hot words, Baidu search words to analyze public opinion, but there are some problems such as lack of theoretical guidance. The research characteristics of big data applied to public opinion abroad are mainly based on empirical research under the guidance of theory. It adopts various new means and methods, and combines with various methods of traditional social science research. And more from the emotional point of view into the analysis of public opinion. This study points out that in the future, the application of big data to the research of public opinion needs to be improved in the following aspects: the theory of agenda setting hypothesis should be used as the guidance of relevant research, the reliability and validity of relevant research should be improved by comprehensive application of various methods; Through emotional analysis to promote the relevant research.
