“一带一路”背景下我国体育文化的传播研究

【摘要】:“一带一路”是目前我国最高的顶级层战略,倍加受到国内外的高度重视,也是我国将进行的新一轮全面对外开放。“一带一路”合作重点是“五通”,在“五通”建设的过程中我们应当坚持文化先行,促进沿线的文明交流与人文互鉴。2017年1月中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程的意见》指出要推动中外文化交流互鉴,加强“一带一路”沿线国家文化交流合作,鼓励发展对外文化贸易,让更多体现中华文化特色、具有较强竞争力的文化产品走向国际市场。体育文化本身就是一种特殊的文化,是一种世界性通俗文化活动,具有超越语言、种族、文明的中性色彩,体育文化的传播正是贸易畅通和民心相通的契合点。然而,现实中我国体育文化传播的内容较少、路径单一,并且缺乏系统全面的研究,尤其缺乏在“一带一路”这一新时期背景下我国体育文化传播层面上的研究。因此,进行“一带一路”背景下我国体育文化传播的研究,对于促进我国体育文化在这一新时期战略背景下的传播及发展“一带一路”的合作重点具有重大的理论价值。本文主要采用文献资料、专家调查、案例分析、比较分析、逻辑分析等研究方法,对“一带一路”背景下我国体育文化的传播进行研究,初步得出以下结论:(1)“一带一路”背景下我国体育文化的传播有利于弘扬我国优秀传统文化,增进沿线各国人民的人文交流与文明互鉴,夯实我国同沿线国家合作的民心相通基础,扩大文化产业规模与对外贸易,提升城市综合影响力,表明我国体育文化在“一带一路”背景下的传播是必要的。(2)我国体育文化自身的优势与各省的区位优势为我国体育文化的传播提供了内部条件,而“古代丝绸之路”的成功开通、“一带一路”基础设施的建设与多方国家的积极响应则创造了有利的外部条件。(3)“一带一路”背景下我国体育文化的传播应以社会主义核心价值观为引领,坚持创新发展,传承中华文化基因,不忘本来、吸收外来、面向未来为指导思想,遵循合作与开放相结合、传承与创新相结合、传统与现代相结合、共建与共享相结合的传播原则。(4)“一带一路”背景下我国体育文化传播的近期目标是实现我国体育文化的有效传播,中期目标是建设体育文化产业园、打造中国体育文化品牌,远期目标是实现各国经济利益的多边共赢,以传播重点内容和创新融合传播为主要任务。(5)构建的“一带一路”背景下我国体育文化传播的内容体系是由体育精神文化、体育制度文化、体育物质文化3个一级指标,15个二级指标和64个三级指标组成。(6)“一带一路”背景下我国体育文化传播的手段是传播主体的多样化、传播信息的整合与创新、传播媒介的拓展化、传播受众的拓宽和传播效果反馈的分析。(7)构建的以政府为主体的、以企业为主体的、以社会组织为主体的和以个人为主体的四种传播模式,可为“一带一路”背景下我国体育文化的传播提供一定的参考。(8)在“新亚欧大陆桥经济文化走廊”路线上将武术等民族传统体育文化通过体育旅游、节庆赛事等方式进行传播,在“中蒙俄经济文化走廊”上将冰雪项目等通过冬奥会、投融资等方式进行传播,在“中国—中亚—西亚经济文化走廊”上将赛马等骑射类体育文化通过亚洲艺术节等方式进行传播,在“中南半岛经济文化走廊”上将舞龙舞狮等舞戏类体育文化通过文旅联动等方式进行传播,在“中巴经济文化走廊上”将骑马射箭等骑射类体育文化通过中国文化中心、公益扶持等方式进行传播,在“孟中印缅经济文化走廊”上将投壶等跑跳掷类体育文化通过博览会、体育旅游等方式进行传播。(9)应从政府行政、行业自律、社会公众、国际组织四个层面对“一带一路”背景下我国体育文化的传播进行监管。
[Abstract]:"Along the road" is the highest level of our country's top stratagem at present. It is highly valued both at home and abroad. It is also a new round of opening to the outside world. The focus of the "one way and one way" is "five links". In the course of the construction of the "five links", we should adhere to the first of the text and promote the cultural exchanges along the line and the mutual understanding of the humanities along the line. In January, the central office of the Communist Party of China, the office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the office of the State Council issued the opinion on the implementation of the Chinese excellent traditional culture inheritance and development project. It pointed out that we should promote cultural exchanges and mutual understanding between China and foreign countries, strengthen cultural exchanges and cooperation along the "one area and one road", encourage the development of foreign cultural trade, and make more embody Chinese cultural characteristics and have a strong competition. The competitive cultural products are going to the international market. Sports culture itself is a special kind of culture, it is a worldwide popular cultural activity, which has the neutral color beyond language, race and civilization. The spread of sports culture is the link between trade smooth and popular heart. However, in reality, the content of sports culture is less in our country. A single path and a lack of systematic and comprehensive research, especially lack of research on the spread of sports culture in China under the new era of "one area and one road". Therefore, the study of the spread of sports culture in China under the background of "one area and one road" is to promote the spread and development of Chinese sports culture under the strategic background of this new period. The focal point of the "one area and one road" is of great theoretical value. This article mainly uses literature, expert investigation, case analysis, comparative analysis, logical analysis and other research methods to study the spread of sports culture in China under the background of "one way and one road", and preliminarily draws the following conclusions: (1) Chinese sports article under the background of "one way and one road" The spread is beneficial to carry forward our country's excellent traditional culture, enhance the people's cultural exchanges and mutual understanding of the people along the line, ramming the foundation of our country's cooperation with the countries along the line, expanding the scale of cultural industry and foreign trade, and promoting the comprehensive influence of the city, which indicates that the propagation of Chinese culture in the background of "one area and one road" is necessary. (2) the advantages of China's sports culture and the regional advantages of the provinces provide internal conditions for the spread of China's sports culture, while the "ancient Silk Road" has been successfully opened. The construction of the "one along the road" infrastructure and the active response of many countries have created favorable external conditions. (3) in the context of "one way and one road" The dissemination of national sports culture should be guided by the socialist core values, adhere to the innovation and development, inherit the Chinese cultural gene, do not forget the original, absorb the foreign, and face the future as the guiding ideology, follow the combination of cooperation and opening, inheritance and innovation, the combination of traditional and modern, and the combination of construction and sharing of the principle of communication. (4) "(4)" Under the background, the short-term goal of sports culture communication in China is to realize the effective dissemination of sports culture in China. The medium term goal is to build a sports culture industrial park and build a Chinese sports culture brand. The long-term goal is to achieve multilateral win-win cooperation in the economic interests of various countries, and the main task is to disseminate key internal capacity and innovation and integration. (5) construction of the main task. Under the background of "one way and one way", the content system of sports culture communication in China is composed of 3 first grade indexes, 15 two level indexes and 64 three grade indexes. (6) the means of the spread of sports culture in China is the diversification of the main body of communication and the whole dissemination of information under the background of the "one road". Cooperation and innovation, the expansion of the media, the broadening of the audience and the analysis of the feedback effect of communication. (7) the construction of the four modes of communication with the government as the main body, the social organization as the main body and the individual as the main body, can provide some reference for the spread of Chinese sports culture under the background of the "one way and one way". 8) in the "new Eurasian Continental Bridge Economic and cultural corridor" route, Wushu and other ethnic traditional sports culture are transmitted through sports tourism and festival events. In the "Sino Mongolia and Russia economic and cultural corridor", the ice and snow projects are transmitted and broadcast through the Winter Olympic Games, investment and financing, etc., in the "China Central Asia western Asia economic and cultural corridor". In the "Sino South Peninsula Economic and cultural corridor", the sports culture of the dragon and lion, such as dragon and lion, etc., are spread through the linkage of the Chinese culture and culture through the Asian Art Festival. In the "Sino Pakistan Economic and cultural corridor", the riding archery and other sports culture are taken by the Chinese culture through the Chinese culture. In the "Mencius and the Sino Burmese economic and cultural corridor", the sports culture will be spread through the exposition and sports tourism. (9) it should be transmitted from the four levels of government administration, industry self-discipline, social public and international organizations to the sports culture of our country under the background of "one area and one road" Supervision.
