新媒体管理和引导方式创新研究

【摘要】:人类社会的发展经历了农业时代、工业时代,然后是信息时代。新媒体作为信息时代的产物,发展到现在已经成为有史以来传播速度最快、影响程度最深、覆盖范围最广的强势媒体。新媒体作为计算机技术、互联网技术和信息技术的耦合体,它凭借自身的特点和发展规律,深刻的改变了我们的生活和生产方式,在我们的生活、学习、生产中发挥了积极的作用;与此同时,新媒体也产生了种种负面问题。这些问题不但影响着新媒体的健康发展,也影响到党和政府的新闻舆论工作的开展,更会影响到国家的长治久安。因此,如何解决新媒体的负面问题,然后创新的提出有效的管理和引导方式,是本文的研究方向。文章分为六个部分。第一部分重点论述选题的意义、国内外关于新媒体管理和引导方式的研究现状、研究方法以及创新点。第二部分重点论述新媒体起源和发展,系统介绍了新媒体的定义、新媒体的产生基础、新媒体的发展历程以及新媒体发展的未来趋势;第三部分主要介绍新媒体的种类、特点和本质,详细的介绍了新媒体的具体分类和根本属性;第四部分主要介绍新媒体的改变我们生活方式、生产方式和思维方式的积极作用,同时也指出其存在的网络谣言、虚假新闻、不良信息、威胁我国的网络安全和意识形态安全等负面影响;第五部分主要分析新媒体的负面问题的成因;第六部分的在分析新媒体负面影响原因的基础上,从对高度重视新媒体、深度发展新媒体和管理、引导新媒体三个方面论述。创新的提出对新媒体管理和引导方式,也就是思想认识层面要首先高度重视新媒体的地位、作用、影响和规律,技术支持层面要做好对新媒体的建设,管理和引导层面要处理好“正确”与“有效”、“管住”与“管好”、“堵”与“疏”,“网上”和“网下”、“服务”和“引导”这几对关系。当今时代是信息时代,当前社会是信息社会,互联网作为信息时代的基础,贯穿到我们生活生产的每一个领域当中。党和政府也对新媒体相当重视,提出“政治工作过不了网络关就过不了时代关”;党和政府对新媒体的管理和引导已经取得了诸多成效,但是同时也存在着很多的不足,互联网上环境仍然不够清朗。因此对新媒体的管理和引导的研究具有很强的时效性。本文的创新点在最后部分,提出要先高度重视新媒体,在深度发展新媒体的同时,去管理和引导新媒体。
[Abstract]:The development of human society has experienced the agricultural age, the industrial age, and then the information age. As a product of the information age, new media has become a powerful media with the fastest spreading speed, the deepest influence and the most extensive coverage. As a coupling of computer technology, Internet technology and information technology, new media has profoundly changed our life and production mode by virtue of its own characteristics and development laws. Production played a positive role; at the same time, the new media also produced a variety of negative problems. These problems not only affect the healthy development of the new media, but also affect the development of the news and public opinion of the Party and the government, and also affect the long-term stability of the country. Therefore, how to solve the negative problems of new media, and then innovatively put forward effective management and guidance, is the research direction of this paper. The article is divided into six parts. The first part focuses on the significance of the topic, domestic and foreign research on new media management and guidance, research methods and innovative points. The second part focuses on the origin and development of new media, systematically introduces the definition of new media, the foundation of new media, the development process of new media and the future trend of new media development, the third part mainly introduces the types of new media. The fourth part mainly introduces the positive role of new media in changing our way of life, mode of production and mode of thinking, at the same time, it also points out the existence of network rumors. False news, bad information, threatening China's network security and ideological security and other negative effects; the fifth part mainly analyzes the causes of the negative problems of new media; the sixth part is based on the analysis of the reasons for the negative impact of new media. It discusses from three aspects: attach great importance to new media, develop new media and management in depth, and guide new media. Innovative to the new media management and guidance, that is, the ideological level should first attach great importance to the status, role, influence and law of new media, technical support level to do a good job in the construction of new media. Management and guidance should deal with the relationships between "correct" and "effective", "manage" and "manage well", "block" and "sparse", "online" and "offline", "service" and "guidance". Today is the information age, the current society is the information society, the Internet, as the foundation of the information age, runs through every field of our life and production. The party and government have also attached great importance to the new media, proposing that "political work cannot pass the era if political work does not pass the Internet." the management and guidance of the new media by the party and the government have achieved many results, but at the same time there are also many shortcomings. The environment on the Internet is still not clear enough. Therefore, the research on the management and guidance of new media has strong timeliness. In the last part of this paper, it is proposed to attach great importance to new media, and to manage and guide new media while developing new media in depth.
