构建基于新世界主义的媒介尺度与传播张力

【摘要】：新世界主义是对当今世界局势及其走向进行深入洞察和准确把握的综合尺度,也是处理国际传播场域中复杂多元、拼凑混杂、有机融合、辩证统一的生态关系的战略智慧。新世界主义对于媒介尺度的哲学重塑,不仅有效化解了本土性与全球性、民族性与世界性、特殊性与普适性的二元对立矛盾,而且透过命运共同体打造和范式重构,描绘并展示出新世界主义在微观层面的传播结构和科学机制:1.拆除本土性包含于全球性的同心圆构造,降除本土性与全球性的尖锐对立维度,视两者为相互交叉的次级尺度;2.拆除民族性与世界性之间的隔墙,以区域传播或周边传播等为调节杠杆,以保持传播生态的平衡性、永续性;3.依据"混合咖啡原则"或"宝塔糖策略",辅以"原义、格义、创义"的调节手法,化解特殊性与普遍性之间的矛盾,构建起亦此亦彼的张力关系。
[Abstract]:New cosmopolitanism is not only a comprehensive measure of deep insight and accurate grasp of the current world situation and its trend, but also a strategic wisdom of dealing with the complex and plural, patchwork, organic fusion and dialectical unity of ecological relations in the field of international communication. The philosophical remolding of new cosmopolitanism on the media scale not only effectively resolves the dualistic contradiction between nativeness and globality, nationality and world, particularity and universality, but also through the creation of destiny community and the reconstruction of paradigm. Depicts and demonstrates the microcosmic communication structure and scientific mechanism of neo-cosmopolitanism: 1. To remove the nativism contained in the global concentric circle structure, and to reduce the sharp opposites between nativism and globality, and to regard the two as intersecting sub-scales (2 ~ 2). The partition between nationality and the world should be removed, and regional or peripheral communication should be used as the regulating lever to maintain the balance and sustainability of communication ecology. According to "mixed coffee principle" or "pagoda sugar strategy", supplemented by "original meaning, lattice meaning, creative meaning", the contradiction between particularity and universality is resolved, and the tension relationship is constructed.
