农牧神的重生—多纳泰罗伦理意识的觉醒

【摘要】：美国十九世纪著名浪漫主义小说家纳撒尼尔·霍桑(Nathaniel Hawthorne,1804-1864)在世界文学史上拥有举足轻重的地位。他生前出版的最后一部长篇罗曼司《玉石雕像》以充满异域色彩的罗曼司以意大利为背景,采用了模糊叙事、象征等写作手法,讲述了两对青年男女的成长经历和他们的友谊与爱情,记录了如同“农牧神”一样的主人公多纳泰罗伦理意识的觉醒过程。本论文以文学伦理学为全新视角来阐释这一作品,通过分析主人公多纳泰罗“斯芬克斯”化的形象及其伦理意识觉醒的全过程,以及这部罗曼司中营造的“伦理环境”来展现霍桑文学创作后期独特的伦理道德观。论文分五个章节。第一章是霍桑的生平和《玉石雕像》简介,国内外相关论文综述、文学伦理学批评概述以及本论文研究的可行性及重要意义。为了证明多纳泰罗“农牧神”似的形象,第二章探讨他“动物般”的天性,包括他性格中的“动物因子”和他的自由意志。第三章着重分析多纳泰罗伦理意识觉醒的过程,共分三个阶段:伦理意识萌芽的产生、伦理困惑和心理挣扎、伦理意识的觉醒和正确的伦理选择。第四章阐释了作品中“伦理环境”的重要性。第五章对论文内容作了总结性分析,指出多纳泰罗伦理意识的觉醒是在外部“伦理环境”影响下由“罪恶”引发的自我觉醒,虽然过程痛苦,但是这一过程是人类由纯真到伦理成熟的必经之路且意义深远。
[Abstract]:In nineteenth Century the United States famous romantic novelist Nathaniel Hawthorne (Nathaniel Hawthorne 1804-1864) has a pivotal position in the history of world literature. He published the last novel Luo Mansi < > to exotic jade statue of Luo Mansi in Italy as the background, using the fuzzy Narrative symbol, writing style, tells the story of two pairs of young men and women experience and their friendship and love, recorded as "Faun" as the protagonist Donald Taylor ethics awakening process. In this paper, literature ethics as the new perspective to explain the work, through the analysis of the whole process of awakening image and ethical consciousness of the protagonist Donald Taylor's "Steefan Kors", and create a this Luo Mansi in "ethical environment" to show Hawthorne's literary creation of late ethics unique concept. This paper is divided into five Chapter. The first chapter is an introduction to the life and jade statue of Hawthorne < >, review of related papers at home and abroad, and an overview of ethical literary criticism, this thesis investigates the feasibility and significance. In order to prove that Donald Taylor "Faun like image, the second chapter discusses his" animal like "nature, including his character." animal factor "and his free will. The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the process of awakening of Donald Taylor's ethical consciousness, is divided into three stages: the ethical consciousness of budding, ethical confusion and mental struggle, ethical consciousness and correct ethics. The fourth chapter explains the works of" environmental ethics "the importance of the fifth chapter. A summary analysis of the content of the paper, pointed out that Donald Taylor is the awakening of ethical consciousness in the external" ethical environment "under the influence of the" evil "caused by self awakening, although the process is painful, but this A process is a necessary and far-reaching way for mankind to mature from innocence to ethical maturity.
