【摘要】：摘要：戴维·赫伯特·劳伦斯(David Herbert Lawrence)(1885-1930)是二十世纪英国重要的小说家,也是二十世纪最具争议的作家。虽然劳伦斯已经得到了普遍的肯定,获得了与他才华相当的荣誉,但是对于劳伦斯的误解并没有消弭。特别是劳伦斯民主思想没有得到足够的重视,对劳伦斯民主观研究始终停留在对其领袖原则的批判上,指责他是一个独裁专制的鼓吹者,笔者认为这是一种断章取义的歪曲。劳伦斯身上有不可避免的阶级意识,无论是从感情上还是在身份上劳伦斯都倾向于工人阶级,在这基础上社会主义思想的深刻影响使他具有一定的社会主义倾向,社会主义一直是劳伦斯民主思想的底色。劳伦斯的自传体小说《儿子与情人》实质上是劳伦斯摆脱母亲和母亲代表的社会意识束缚,从自我缺失到成长的过程。打破一切社会观念的束缚,成为最真实的自我,既是劳伦斯一生的追求,也是劳伦斯民主的目标。劳伦斯认为,自由最大障碍是关于国家、民族的理想,实现自由必须把自己从理想中挣脱出来；社会状态下,人类从来都不平等,平等的理想导致革命,也导致虚伪。真实的平等是每个人成为真实的自我,互不干涉,“成为你自己”才是真正的民主之路。战争让劳伦斯对世界绝望,一方面他陷入对人类的憎恨之中,强烈地咒骂人类,呼吁领袖崇拜；另一方面希望逃离肮脏的世界,建立一个乌托邦王国。但是无论是他的领袖原则还是他的“拉纳尼姆”都是他民主思想的实践,并没有走向独裁和专制。
[Abstract]:David Herbert Lawrence David Herbert Lawrence (1885-1930) is an important British novelist in 20th century and the most controversial writer of 20th century. But the misunderstanding of Lawrence has not been dispelled. In particular, Lawrence's democratic thought has not been given enough attention. The study of Lawrence's democratic concept has always remained in the criticism of his leader's principles, accusing him of being a dictatorial and autocratic advocate. The author believes that this is a distortion taken out of context. Lawrence had an inevitable class consciousness, and Lawrence was inclined to the working class both emotionally and in status. On this basis, the profound influence of socialist thought made him have a certain socialist tendency. Socialism has always been the foundation of Lawrence's democratic thought. Lawrence's autobiographical novel "son and lover" is essentially the process of Lawrence getting rid of the shackles of mother and mother's social consciousness, from self-absence to growing up, breaking the shackles of all social concepts and becoming the most true self. It is not only the pursuit of Lawrence's life, but also the goal of Lawrence's democracy. Lawrence believes that the greatest obstacle to freedom is the ideal of a nation and a nation, from which freedom must be achieved. In society, the ideal of equality has never been equal, and the ideal of equality has led to revolution. True equality is everyone's true self, not interfering with each other, and being yourself is the true path to democracy. The war made Lawrence desperate for the world. On the one hand, he fell into hatred of humanity, cursing strongly at humanity and calling for leadership worship; on the other hand, he wanted to escape from the dirty world.
