【摘要】:《推销员之死》是二十世纪美国三大杰出剧作家之一——亚瑟·米勒最出名的一部戏剧。与打打闹闹的传统戏剧相比,《推销员之死》从头至尾都带着一种淡淡的压抑气氛,揭示出现代戏剧的静态美。老推销员开车途中的幻觉、房子里威利与琳达断断续续的对话、飘忽不定的鬼魂、女人尖利的笑声,这一切都冲击着人的心灵深处,折射出当今人类道德的沦丧、孤独、失落和无助。本文基于梅特林克的静态戏剧理论,致力于探讨《推销员之死》的静态性及其在剧中的表现。 首先,本文详细介绍了研究动机、研究方法与研究意义以及国内外文献综述,并从总体上介绍了静态戏剧理论,包括其产生背景、提出人以及后来的发展情况。接着,本文主体由三章组成,分别从该剧的人物行动、对话以及舞台设计来具体分析《推销员之死》的静态性。 第一章主要分析《推销员之死》行动的静态性。该剧讲述了一个普通年老推销员及其家人一天的生活琐事,平淡而真实;而他们的复杂内心世界却从过去与现在、现实与回忆的交织以及多次的内心独白中表现了出来。该部分分别从外部戏剧行动的弱化和对心理描写的强调来分析该剧在人物行动描写上呈现出的静态特征。 第二章主要探讨《推销员之死》在语言对话上的静态性。对话是戏剧的主要语言,该戏剧中除了意图清晰明了的对话,还有含蓄的对话以及停顿、静默等无声的对话,这体现了《推销员之死》语言上的静态性。 第三章陈述了《推销员之死》在舞台设计上的静态性。作为戏剧重要部分,米勒在舞台设计上对音乐、灯光和布景的独特运用揭示剧中人物复杂内心的同时渲染出一种神秘抒情气氛。 本论文的最后为结论部分。通过运用独特的戏剧技巧,米勒突破传统戏剧强调戏剧冲突、舞台动作、戏剧语言等创作手法,使其作品呈现出一种平凡化、真实化、内心化的静态美学特征。
[Abstract]:Death of a Salesman is one of the most famous plays by Arthur Hans Muller, one of the three great American playwrights in the twentieth century.Compared with the noisy traditional drama, the death of a Salesman shows the static beauty of modern drama with a light depressing atmosphere from the beginning to the end.The hallucinations of the old salesman on his way to the car, the intermittent conversation between Willie and Linda in the house, the haunted ghost, the sharp laughter of the woman, all pervaded the depths of the human soul, reflecting the moral decay and solitude of human beings today.Loss and helplessness.Based on Metlink's theory of static drama, this paper is devoted to the study of the staticness of "death of a Salesman" and its performance in the play.First of all, this paper introduces the motivation, research methods and significance of the research, as well as the literature review at home and abroad, and introduces the static drama theory in general, including its background, people and later development.Then, the main body of this paper is composed of three chapters, respectively, from the action of characters, dialogue and stage design to analyze concretely the static nature of the death of a salesman.The first chapter mainly analyzes the static nature of the action of "the death of a Salesman".The play tells the daily trivialities of an ordinary old salesman and his family, but their complex inner world is reflected in the past and present, the interweaving of reality and memory, and many inner monologues.This part analyzes the static characteristics of the characters' action description from the weakening of external drama action and the emphasis on psychological description.Chapter two mainly discusses the static nature of "the death of a Salesman" in language dialogue.Dialogue is the main language of drama. In this play, in addition to the clear dialogue, there are implicit dialogue and silent dialogue, such as pause and silence, which reflects the static language of "the death of a Salesman".The third chapter describes the static nature of the death of a salesman in stage design.As an important part of drama, Hans Muller's unique use of music, lighting and scenery in stage design reveals a mysterious lyrical atmosphere while revealing the complex heart of the characters in the play.The last part of this thesis is the conclusion.Through the use of unique dramatic techniques, Hans Muller breaks through the traditional drama emphasis on drama conflict, stage action, drama language and other creative techniques, making his works show a kind of ordinary, true, inner static aesthetic characteristics.
