《盲刺客》的叙事艺术

【摘要】:玛格丽特·阿特伍德是一个多产的作家,她的作品包括诗歌、小说和文学评论,她被誉为“加拿大文学女王”。她的长篇小说声誉极高,赢得了世界范围内广大读者的关注。这些作品不仅关注女性生存状态、加拿大民族身份、生态主义等内容层面,还在小说叙事形式上下足了功夫,为当代叙事文学树立起一座丰碑。本文立足于叙事学理论和互文性理论,探讨阿特伍德长篇小说《盲刺客》的叙事艺术以及女性的从盲从到觉醒的过程。全文分为绪论、正文与结语三个部分。 “绪论”简单介绍阿特伍德在文学创作中所取得的成就,梳理国内对其小说作品的研究现状,并以此为依据,提出本文欲解决的问题以及欲采用的研究方法。正文部分一共三章。第一章阐述了阿特伍德的长篇小说《盲刺客》叙事结构形态,认为阿特伍德使用俄罗斯套娃结构和拼贴缀合式结构,对传统小说有所创新和背离。 第二章具体阐述了阿特伍德长篇小说《盲刺客》里叙述主体中的叙述视角和不可靠叙述者。在视角的选择上,阿特伍德既使用第一人称视角,又将这种女性人视角与作者全知型视角、第三人称人物视角和大量原始文献资料并置,同时应用不可靠叙述者策略,使得叙述文本阐发出多重内涵,造成“多声共鸣”的局面。 第三章主要分析小说的互文性,两个“盲刺客”文本意象的对应以及现实与故事的对照,阿特伍德通过多层次的结构形成互文,使小说蕴含的意义更加引人深思。 第四章主要分析小说中所体现的女性的盲从到觉醒的过程,说明女性已经开始争取自己的自由和话语权。 结语部分是对阿特伍德长篇小说叙事艺术的总结,认为阿特伍德之所以能成为一名畅销小说家,又成为大学课堂上文学理论研究的经典作家,实与其既继承传统小说创作理论,又巧妙结合现代主义与后现代主义创作新主张有关。她不完全背离传统小说,又勇于实践并开创新的叙事技巧,丰富了叙事理论,对叙事文学的发展贡献了自己的力量。
[Abstract]:Margaret Atwood is a prolific writer whose works include poetry, novels and literary reviews. She is known as the Queen of Canadian Literature. Her novel enjoys a high reputation and has won the attention of readers all over the world. These works not only focus on the existence of women, Canadian national identity, ecologism and other aspects, but also work hard on the narrative form of the novel, and set up a monument for contemporary narrative literature. Based on the theory of narratology and intertextuality, this paper discusses the narrative art of Atwood's novel "Blind Assassin" and the process from blind to awakening of women. The full text is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction briefly introduces Atwood's achievements in literary creation, combs the domestic research status of his novels, and puts forward the problems to be solved and the research methods to be adopted in this paper. There are three chapters in the text. The first chapter expounds the narrative structure of Atwood's novel "Blind Assassin". The second chapter elaborates the narration angle and unreliable narrator in Atwood's novel Blind Assassin. In the choice of visual angle, Atwood not only uses the first person perspective, but also juxtaposes the female perspective with the author's omniscient perspective, the third person perspective and a large amount of original literature, and applies the strategy of unreliable narrator. So that the narrative text elucidates many connotations, resulting in the situation of "multi-tone resonance". The third chapter mainly analyzes the intertextuality of the novel, the correspondence of the two "blind assassins" text images and the contrast between reality and story. Atwood forms intertextuality through multi-level structure, which makes the meaning of the novel more thought-provoking. The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the process of female blindness from awakening to awakening, which shows that women have begun to fight for their own freedom and right of speech. The conclusion is a summary of the narrative art of Atwood's novels. It is believed that Atwood became a best-selling novelist and a classical writer in the study of literary theory in college classroom. And ingenious combination of modernism and post-modernism creation of new ideas related. She does not completely deviate from the traditional novels, but also dares to practice and create new narrative techniques, which enriches the narrative theory and contributes her own strength to the development of narrative literature.
